Conclusion : You're shilling as a guy behind a fake female account having a fake profile picture ripped off from social media without their permission.

This is not the reason behind your quora account's blockade.
You are not breaking quora's terms as you also have linked a facebook profile with same name.
If you reach their support with some clarifications, i hope your account will be released

If she is your legitimate wife (just kidding ;D) and you are sure you did nothing which violated their policies, send an appeal to appeals@quora.com from the email you used to create the account explaining all details and asking for clarifications on the policy violation by that account. Hopefully you can resolve it yourself.

What was the reason you were banned? You for sure did something sketchy, they don't ban people out of the blue. If you really want us to help you, you should start by being honested, and if that account is fake, don't waste our time..

If you can remove quora ban so easily, you might as well offer a escrow for the deal.
Also i do not see how it would be possible to remove any kind of bans, without breaking into some of their database where they store such information.

I don't think someone other the account holder can remove the ban. This is something a senseless try wasting your money. Already an user has asked for an initial pay and he'll do it for you. As the above mate suggested when you're the authority then you can clearly mention what took place and get the support. They will provide solution if they find yourself to be legit.

Quora bans shilling accounts that answer queries with self promotion/marketing. I think that's what happened to his account.
