I'd go with Floyd Mayweather. Hard to imagine Mayweather losing to Mcgregor in the boxing ring. Mcgregor has never tested himself against any pro boxer before, so I don't think he has what it takes to beat a legendary boxer like Mayweather.

I'd go with Conor McGregor. At 40 years, Mayweather is a bit too old to take on McGregor, who is 12 years younger to him. I expect the match to last less than 3 rounds (i.e 9 minutes).

I can't see anything other than a comfortable mayweather win, probably on points too because I don't think he will be able to take mcgregor out. I just feel like his superior boxing experience will stand him in good stead.

Boxing is a shit. Even though the fight is great. The result is a garbage if the match didn't end with a knock out. This will be an easy win for Mayweather once the match is not end up by knock out. Boxing is dying sports and just for money. Money also is the main reason why McGregor enter boxing.

After watching the boxing match this weekend, Floyd all the way. No way WBO will let Connor come in and win this match. I expect a good fight, just a fixed outcome.

I don't think wbo has any infuence on this match.

Any who follows this kind of sports would know Floyd is going to win, even if i hate that dude.

this coming august 26 will be their main fight in the boxing ring, i will go for the win with floyd mayweather jr. , he's a boxing champ with no loses , he has the skills , he's fast and he's strong ,conor mc gregor wont beat him even if he's a mma fighter , there is a lot differences on both sports , conor wont be able to do submission on the boxing ring , all he can do is to box and chase floyd , if he wants to win he should get a one lucky punch to throw to mayweather.

McGregor only has one way to beat him. He needs to make it a street fight. Thus putting himself at risk of getting KO'd, but also putting himself in a position to deliver a KO. It only take one shot.

If it goes twelve rounds Mayweather will most likely win on points. McGregor's only chance is to try and end it fast.

It all depends on what rules to fight. If the rules of Boxing that Floyd Mayweather will win but if this fight under MMA rules he has no chance. I never seen any boxer who could provide at least some resistance in mixed martial arts.

I think it's gonna be a tie. The reason is that they only organize this match for fun. I don't think it's realistic.

Floyd way too fast. IF! Conor could hit him, it would be over, but he can't. Conor is spending couple of weeks in hospital after this one.

Conor has bigger edge in MMA than Floyd has in boxing, but still, gonna be too easy for Mayweather.

Agree, if this was MMA Conor would take it. But I think since this one is just for the show so they'll drag it for a bit and then Floyd will win. I'm really not impressed by this show fights, everyone knows it's just for the $$. They call it The Money Fight for a reason.

Mayweather in a boring decision. Every fight mayweather's been in has been anti-climactic for the longest time. I don't think it helps that he's fighting against one of he most exciting mma fighters today. Of course there's the possibility that mcgregor can floor him but if you've been watching both fighter's fights, Mcgregor would have to find an effective way to breach mayweather's defense.

even though Conor lost he is a damn hell of a figher. Maybe not a boxer for a fighter!
Mayweather is in it for the money, while conor does it for the honor of the game
