Which is the best, cost effective and easiest way to have your own branded Visa and Mastercards either linked with cryptos or without?

Be careful of people like JollyGood who will contact you acting like they wanna invest in your Company, Instead they wanna get all information about your Business and set up theirs.

Even if you get all information about setting up one, you will still loose cos you are only interested in how much Monaco raised during ICO not Providing service.

This seem like a loser's fight.  ;D Believe me there are thousands of reason to fight for but yours are the worse. Both of you don't have money for whatever you want to achieve and may at least just for money this time.

I am doing some research on this as well, A whitelabel Prepaid Debit Card with CHIP, PIN and Contactless feature would cost around 3 Mil. USD and the service is fully managed by a 3rd party i.e Enterprise solution,ops,finance,fraud,legal,marketing etc. however this does not include the Cryptocurrency part

The cost should go down depending on the teams you have at your disposal to manage the different aspects of the business so if you only partner up with a Issuer for the card and manage the rest of the operations in house then the cost would be around 2 Mil or less

There is lot of connections required, the project must be flawless, you cant get companies like visa or MC on board without having a perfectly structured project and team in place.

If it is inhouse ops then yes and a lot of other stuffs.
