During this time, it is not possible to enter new orders. You can still access and cancel the existing orders. All bitcoin withdrawals will be manually checked." I had some BTC tied up in Virwox. After receiving a notice that my BTC withdrawal was flagged for manual review, I sent them a supportive and polite email requesting that they do everything possible to expedite the return of my BTC after they suspended trading, and giving them further contact details should they need to follow up.
