Title: Please Test my Parity Node for Mining Upon
Post by: cochranizer666 on July 04, 2017, 10:41:32 PM
To whom it may concern,

I am running a Parity node, and I have Stratum enabled on it, I have the --author switch on it as well. My Parity address is 192.168.1.5:8080 (if I am specifying it right).

I am not asking for people to mine on it permanently, unless I specify it is ready for use as a pool. I just need people to test it. If you test it, you may get some ether in return as mining rewards.

If anyone needs more information, let me know.

Thanks,

cochranizer666

192.168.X.X is a local ip address for your router, not an ip address that can be accessed from the internet.

Okay, thanks for letting me know. FYI, I stopped the node anyway, but I'll run it again soon.
