All altcoin experiencing decreasing price its normal. If you compared price of ethereum in the last few years and today the price is very high. The price of ethereum decrease little only and for sure it will recover again and maybe it will increase more like 500 dollars to 1000 dollars before end of this year. So its better to buy ethereum now to make a lot of profit.

This will give more time for the developers to address the scalability issue. Remember bitcoin drops from $1000 to $100.
