You should post there the transaction id with a link to blockchain.info and a scan of the PM where he gave you his bitcoin address, in order to be clear that you sent him 1 bitcoin.

Mods check the ip region and reset fastcoin to the first mail which the account has created ... hes scamming more people on the forum ...
