Hi
I want to setup a company/business to buy and sell bitcoin in dubai
can any one help me regarding that?

Even I have heard about Dubai being the tax free country. So there is no personal and business tax being charged. Also wanted to understand but is BTC made legal their? Or what is the stand on btc in Dubai, it should not happen after setting up you realize that bitcoin has no future in Dubai and you go in a loss.
 

So you mean to start a bitcoin exchange in Dubai? I think there is already a exchange operating in Dubai, bitoasis.net. If you want to start a bitcoin exchange in Dubai, its better to get a legal opinion from any advocate who is practicing there. Otherwise it will land you in trouble. Also you should have a talk with the bank manager where you are planning to link the accounts. Since the law is very strict in Dubai, its better to get the opinion of a advocate ,before starting anything with bitcoin there. Using bitcoins are different. But going to start a business with bitcoins , you should be very carefull.

Dubai is a free trade zone nation and most businesses conducted there does not attract taxes or any government tariffs.
