That not really problem to showing you've 0 ETH on wallet. You must know ETH are platfrom, were their able to creat new feature like some sub-coin. If you got payment from campaign twitter or facebook, make sure you're got that's are "token of ETH not ETHCOIN" Usually you like must add new token on your wallet like "Add Token.... then fill the form."
