You could give a try with livecoin which has got the user friendly interface as well got the decreased commissioning for the trades we make. On the whole seems good for a starter, yet you can go through different platforms available and choose the one that makes you feel better.

Kraken is pretty good too.

Perhaps check this list out; https://blockgeeks.com/guides/best-cryptocurrency-exchanges/.

A lot of exchanges claim that their verification process takes a few days only but at the end of the day, they all take longer. That being sad, you have Coinbase, Kraken or you have Virwox where there is no verification required and you can bitcoin using multiple payment methods but the fees are kinda high and the limits increase only over time.

Applied Kraken a month ago and now is still at Tier 1, which doesn't allow fiat money deposit. Tried Coinbase too but it only allow credit card payment at where I stay…

Try to make an account in coinbase, it is a good exchange for 3 currencies and they are bitcoin, litecoin and ethereum. It is an online wallet also so you can store your bitcoins there but don't forget to verify your account so you can have a strong identity for your wallet so if there is something wrong then it will be easily be solved by the coinbase team because they will not request for a verification because you are already verified.

all i can say is kraken, but for non european may be not ideal, maybe if you can tell us from where are you from first

but anyway krkaen has the fastest withdrawals in sepa less than oen day, and the lowest fee for that, 0.09 euro

there is no verification required if you are not going to cash out more than $10k per month, and the volume is good, kraken was in top 5 exchange recently

Think I applied and leveled to the first two Tiers in a single day; did you try applying to Tier 2 and see if that automatically confirms Tier 1? I did for me.

The Kraken verification process you mentioned maybe is outdated. I applied for Tier1 to Tier 3 verification about one month ago. Tier1 was approved on Jun 15th, and Tier2 is still "processing".
PS: I'm from Singapore

Tier 3 still pending btw, I just read that it can take up to 2-3 weeks. Wow, might have been lucky then for the first few Tiers :)
