Hasnt been long time here and wanted to login and bam, my pass isnt working, also by recovering to email its saying that theres no such name, wtf. I searched the forum and found my account. Some hacker dude already writing from it, making some scam crypto, what the hell. Motherfucker.

You don't need to synchronize Bitcoin Core to sign a message AFAIK.Oh wait, its 14 hours. Ok. Still a lot. Anyway if theres no other way You could probably import the private key to Electrum and sign there, but that isn't necessary since it should work right away.
