Do you have any specific questions about the 'platform intentions'?  As for the viability, MultiGP has been a profitable growing business for 2 years.  QuadToken is building on a stable business and attempting to build ETH into the model.  We believe it's very doable!

Has this been vetted for legality in the US?  There's some fairly sticky regs surrounding fundraising and share ownership that makes ventures like this dangerous, as I understand it.

Cool idea regardless, also I think drone racing has some serious potential.

how about the team behind information and the escrow of the funds? I think it needs more information about this coin perhaps sounds interesting coin to watch .

This one seems a valid project after reading their whitepaper and checking the team. And the fact that owning a sports team is like for elite and rich individuals only. Now you can have your shares and be called as one of co-owners. That's a nice idea! Way to go Quad team!

Great question frankkkkkkk.  We will be working hard to create value in the tokens.  Shared fate will motivate our team.  Engineers and staff will have tokens, themselves, locked into long term contracts, so it will be in their best interest to increase the value of the token.  If token holders win, so does everyone.

There are also two qualities of the token that will aid in increasing its value.
1.  Non-inflationary.  There's a static limit of tokens.  There will only be 50m ever produced.
2.  Demand Increase. based on industry.  As the drone racing industry expands, as the Token Series grows, more people will want tokens to participate, and tokens will be required.

Excellent question.  We are carefully structuring ownership to avoid regulatory issues.  Ownership of a team is strictly within the confines of the MultiGP Token Series Platform.  Similar to ownership of an NFL or MLB team, we are not giving away ownership of MultiGP itself.  Instead, we are delegating key decision-making in specific areas to the "owners" within the platform (see the whitepaper for specifics). 

That being said, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a new frontier.  The technology is definitely outpacing the legal system.  Even though we have given a lot of thought to the structure of ownership within the Platform, it is very possible that we may need to rethink some of the elements in the future if the regulatory landscape changes.  Hopefully this won't mean stripping some of the features of ownership, but we can't deny that as a possibility.  If that happens, we are confident we can still shape the features of the Platform to offer a fan experience that is unparalleled in any other sport.

We are looking into advertising campaigns and other ways to get the word out.  Please let us know the best ways to do this!

What exactly would be the complaint?

Based on our legal research, we do not believe QUAD tokens are securities, and so we do not expect any issues with the SEC.  Because cryptocurrency is so new, many legal questions remain unsettled.  Future regulation is always a risk, but we believe the Token Series is conservatively structured to be compliant with any likely SEC or FTC action.  If the landscape changes, we are ready and able to adapt our structure to maintain compliance.

Thanks for the interest KeyMaster.  We have decided to push the crowdsale till August.  This is due, in part, to not having good promotion yet, as you point out, the bitcoin instability due to SegWit, and needing to get our crowdsale contract available for scrutiny and enough time for people to respond to it.  Our new date is now Aug 22.  One month from now.
