Hi Guys, I am planning to invest some amount for cryptocurrency trading. Which coins are good to invest now apart from BTC,ETH,LTC,dash,XRP,XMR. Please suggest which are suitable for small investment like  1000$. Also Please share the link for trade.

Tezos and SONM and spreadcoin, are the best coin to invest now, they will all go very high once the ico end or the swap is done with spreadcoin, trust me spreadcoin with HLM will go to the moon, check the roadmap look very good, the coins you listed are not bad but are ordinary, they are stable and offers a good safe investment, but they won't do 10x anymore

I think that that WAVES AND STRATIS along with TAAS token might be good to hold. I am thinking of also SIACOIN but now the prices are low but in future after the Bitcoin situation calm down, they might spike in price and development.

personally beside bitcoin I'm only holding CLAMs , the marketcap is still low and it's a nice POS coin

Stay away from Alt coins and just buy bitcoins when the price drops again. Most of these Alt coins are just pump n dump coins and scams. The

I agree with you, Bitcoin is the only the coin that deserve to invest in it for different reasons, one of them because it's too stable, often in these days.

Also it have a very awesome price, which it's number one compared to other alcoins. Anyways, It's not bad to invest in some other altcoins,

Like litecoin or dogecoins, which they have a good potentiel and have the power to be more powerfull depend on peoples who use them,

Personaly, I choose only bitcoin to invest for now.

The coins you have named all are good for invest .. If you take BTC then in near future it will reach approx 10000 usd(according to news.bitcoin.com) . If you take ETC it's future is also good  and LTC , dash all are good and have a good future . I will suggest you to invest on BTC,LTC,ETC,DASH coins. Don't invest this way. Not a good way of investing. I suggest going to coinmarketcap.com and do research on the cryptocurrencies (read white papers, check out their forums/subreddits, the community) then pick those coins that you believe has good usability and can help solve problems.

Hello! If I were you, I think BTC is my choice. I'm earning bitcoin in my signature campaign that's why I don't have any choice. Maybe If I'm working in an altcoin campaign this is my 2nd choice. But I've heard about altcoins or the coins that you have mentioned above and others saying it is more profitable than bitcoin. Really? I want to learn how to earn altcoin so that I would have a second one to work for it. As far as I know, the ETH has its own wallet and I think it is safer than BTC wallet.

Don't randomly post anywhere you wanted to. Better search for your query. Open 'Altcoin Discussion' section and you will see 100 of similar threads. Read people's suggestions there and find markets for coins on Coinmarketcap.

I recently invested a small amount into Siacoin...just to see it drop to $0.0098~ a few days later while buying at a double price. It might be a good time to invest
now, try in smaller amounts to see how it turns out. SiaCoin is quite low now and might be a profitable investment at the moment, I don't really think it can drop
much more. Altcoins are pretty unstable and highly susceptible in price changes due to high correlation with Bitcoin. A small price drop in Bitcoin, (For example 1%)
will have a far greater drop in an altcoin (Might even be 5%)

Your story is great man, and upon seing the investments you have I think I'll stick to the one I am planning to invest with, and that is stratis coin. It has a higher sell value and after all it gains in the market which you could take the profit sells with bigger amount of btc. So with regards to siacoin it's not bad at all amd all you really need to focus is you should monitor the current graph in order to be updated when price will rise higher.

There's a lot of thread with the same question but well anyway. If you have some ideas on those good alt coins already. Don't forget about waves, iconomi, burst coin, sia coin. And there are some others who are good as an alternative alt coin and only good for holding. There's golem too.

only bitcoin and litecoin are viable investments right now. all the rest of the altcoins are all over-pumped and currently are getting dumped as you can see from their big negative percentages.

currently i have investment in two small altcoins which are nearly unknown apart from my main investment in BTC and LTC and these two are SIB and BCC

the coins which is OP mentioned above is good as the investment options because majority people seems stick to those coin and had potential will grow from the price side and $1000 actually not huge amount but also not small amount but if you had a plan for long term investment i think LTC, XMR and Bitcoin

Most of the coins are dump now, just check the deepest drop the coin can do and buy or set your order, in that case  there is  sure support to push it up. Also, invest in the top currency in coinmarketcap rankings, it is stable.

I wish this is true. I'm a HODL of Tezos and Sonm. Tezos is over hyped right now so I hope they can remain focus and execute their plan. Sonm is the opposite. Rumors are circulating that the founders are trying to bring down the price so they can buy more. However, I couldn't find any creditable backup.

I think Waves is backup by Russian billionare. I'm looking into scope some while it's still cheap.

I agree with some of the suggestions here, bitcoin would be the best investment out of all the coins but since the OP mentioned some altcoins those choices of coins are also great for investments and trading especially now that the coins are all dumping hard. It is the best time to buy some altcoins. Just make sure to hold them and don't sell them yet when you see a little increase on the price. Set a target amount.

I think best strategy now is invest only in bitcoin or stay away from crypto and hold your $$$ till SegWit. Cause now it's time to wait.

Bitcoin, ETC, WAVES...they're all good cryptos to currently invest in. Just be sure you do your research properly but generally, I think they're all okay

I think your advice is very reasonable, for example, the SONM project is very promising in my opinion but the price is about 40% of the ICO price because the team do not like to say something and disappoint to some short-time investors.

ethereum is not a good choice because the price is too high right now and it is hard for ethereum to x2 or x3. Ethereum classic is better. try to buy more ethereum classic while you can because one day it will shoot to the moon

Still, XEM. 0.15 US$ as of today, will rise notably this year.

I agree I always wait for the coins discarded, I think all the potential coins to buy and the price is falling very deep. See the volume, do not enter a small volume.

That is correct. Just set your buy order on its possible deepest deep. As an experience, do not ride with the up and down on that day, at the end of the day it will settle lower than expected and you end up as a bag holder and you will wait again several days ,weeks or months to profit.

It would be better if you are going to invest your money in ICO since it's cheaper and the price would certainly gives you an advantage once it has been launched in the market already.

Sonm,mgo,stratis are top three altcoin for me especially those two coins will hit the bittrex it will surely go to the moon.

Waves does have an interesting idea with this tokens anyone can make. However, it is slowly going down. I would suggest to invest in dogecoin. The price is very small whereas the community is the second biggest one after bitcoin. Moreover, dogecoin has a safe network and those who mine litecoin also get advantage from mining dogecoin, so, as ltc gets popular, doge also will. Furthermore, transactions are even faster than ltc ones.

join a ICO project better than to buy some altcoin

Doge in history is "sh*tcoin" and I not think this is altcoin can invest long-term, maybe short-term or mid-term can take profit but not promising as WAVES.
WAVES have a roadmap clearly, really, promise and still going to do this road. But I not see Doge have roadmap make me interesting with it, ambiguous and unclear

I do not understand why there are so many people interested in syscoin. I do not find anything good about this coin when I compare it with other cryptocurrencies. I beleve that other cryptos are better than syscoin and instead of holding this silly coin, you should spend your money to buy ethereum classic. It is worth than this coin

Hahaha yes great advice. I mean who would recommend buying altcoins at a steep discount? Lets all wait until after segwit and the altcoins are back to their full price before investing. This thread is full of poor advice and anyone relying on the advice from others here are fools, do your own research because clearly advice like this "wrong." There will be plenty of successful altcoins in the coming years.

As far as my alt coin recommendations: sia, golem, xrp, stratis, waves, antshares, iota, dgb, xem, steem, bitshares, hell even espers coin. In a 1-2 years time I'm sure most if not all of these coins will have increased in value. New people are coming to the crypto market daily and new projects are making a once complicated ecossytem much easier to navigate. Just invest in what you believe in and invest while prices are low.

I have seen too many ICO projects and I think that it's better for you to invest in ICO project since a one coins's price would increase as it has been placed in thr market. Thus buying it with ICO price would be profitable in future.

Patience is needed, emotions are not well controlled only resulted in big losses.
Lately a lot of negative issues cause eth slumped. Many traders are trapped. I am waiting for the month of August this issue ends.

Does it work? Prices when fall from those of the ICO price, I guess it will be hard for a coin to fortify it's price. It seems too risky to me.

we can choose ethereum, ripple, litecoin, ethereum classic and other altcoins
but for long time invest the good choice is DDF, DDF is digital asset the value of DDF will be increasing in the future
now is chance to buy cheap of DDF.

When choosing what coin should I invest, I always look for the top ten cryptocurrencies with the highest price and observe their price trends for about 3 days. When youre not sure about the coin, you should research some background about it and why and when that coin is created. When New coins are introduced I always look how promising their projects and look for their potential of growth. The more promising the project the more it will grow but the number of coins is a factor too. Still we won't be able to know what's lies ahead but for me I'm gonna go with etherium and monero.

Just buy at least the altcoins that are in the top 5 and also before you buy them, do a research about those coins to know the basic fundamentals of the coin to identify if it's a good coin for long term or just a hyped coin in the ranking system. Altcoins now are just dumping and it is a very good decision to do a shopping spree on altcoins in the market and hold them for long term.

By this time some of coins are dump ive can only suggest you to check what coins you want to invest check their value and possitive of that coin. Its just my suggestion for you.

I am not worried about price, good coin sonm before entering bittrex everyone has bought it then hold it for the next few days. It's like a hoarding.
Let's see if this situation will continue, after being distributed bounty sonm hoping there will be no more dumper.

It's like a big storm, all traders are confused. Maybe this is a continuation of the hard fork issue 2. I can not be sure and hope it will be better up front. August hopes everything will be back to normal.
Or maybe altcoin follows the price of Bitcoin, all can be unpredictable.
