Guys i have Withdrawal 32 LTC from Poloniex and it got stuck on Awaiting Approval on 2017-07-03 and it doesn't have Txid Also i have made ticket 4 days ago without replay. So is my coins lost or what can i do to get back my coins P.s i got the conform email and i click on it. Just make a quick search and you will see the amount of threads in here and on Reddit about Poloniex delaying peoples withdraw and open support tickets for days without any answer.
I believe you will get your coins, but it may take some time and there is really nothing you can do about that.
