What are the best advertising programs around?

I heard bitmedia.io is supposed to be good but do you guys know of other sites?

What is your site about? If your alexa rank is good (under 200000), then you can try mellowads as it pays out pretty decent sums, and cointraffic.io is a popular option among users too and it also gives a high payout to publishers, you just have to reach the minimum amount for cashout.

A-ads is also good, just that you might not get as much. However you can track your earnings easily and you most likely can earn every hour if your traffic is good.

You may want to check If the service you choose have any scam accusation against it before using it because this thread is outdated as I said.

maybe i wasnt clear enough but im actually looking for a site were i can pay for advertising for my site so i can get more signups for my affiliate links

An advertising network should have both publishing and advertising. If you are planning to targeting high traffic sites then you should contact them in person and deal with them, like CoinMarketCap for example (see the footer for 'Advertise' button): https://coinmarketcap.com/ they have so much traffic, the minimum order is 500$ though so It really depends on how much money you are willing to spend here.
