I could not join to some telegram group so far. I normally check news of bitcoin in youtube and social media.
I have more confident when i get information from youtube.

I made telegram account in order for me to update in ICO of the campaign I joined. But as long as I use telegram, I found out that there are other altcoins who uses telegram. I think you can look at the old posts in bounty section then look for the exchanges coin and go to their websites.

These are all a waste of your time, bunch of BS and you're probably going to get served some pump and dump stuff from these 'call' groups. No one really knows what's going to go on, so I wouldn't trust a single soul but YOURSELF and your own research.

Join some trusted news ones, so you can buy the drama and sell the news.

I'd be very careful about joining these telegram groups as they will always try to upsell you to their paid group or give not so great advice. Make sure you always do your own research.
