Wait, what is the circle you are talking about ? And some vcc(s) work only for once as far as I know. Please correct me if I am wrong. You can let me know via pm about how I can get a $5, however getting a vcc won't be easy.

It is a working method, just did it with OP. It takes max 10 minutes, and also you can  instantly withdraw it to your bank account or card as far as i know.
Also does not seem that circle charges any fees for anything that is sent personally (as far as i can tell).
