Unless you are also mining with the Celeron (horrible idea most of the time), stock thermal paste and fan is just fine. If thermal compound goes bad, you can buy a 30g tube of cheap Chinese thermal paste for around a buck or two and it'll run well. You also won't need thermal paste for a long time.

Otherwise, there's no reason to use anything other than stock.
