I finally got my hands on a Trezor. Definitely one of the best hardware wallets out there.

I've been considering buying one, but im not sure if it's worth the money just yet. I find it attractive because Trezor is a way to guarantee that you don't get a virus on the device carrying your bitcoins since it isolates the process from the OS, but you could use an isolating OS like Tails to safely use bitcoins too. Sure it's annoying but it's free. Im not sure how Tails works but i've heard it's safe to run on a DVD or something so you can be sure your OS is safe to operate with bitcoins.

Also does Trezor have protection against water? i dont want to find out that I accidentally wash my pants with the Trezor inside the pants and it breaks (happened me one time with an USB pendrive but luckily I had some backups)

Tails only works if you enable the persistence volume feature, but it is a good OS for people who wants something clean and simple. The Trezor

wallet is a must for people who needs mobility and also good security. Someone did figure out how to hack a Trezor, but the average person out

there will never be able to do it... you need special tools... and physical access to the device.  ;D
