Post by: bitcoinore.com on July 10, 2017, 11:06:11 PM
Greetings,

I am the developer of https://workingForBitcoins.com (https://workingForBitcoins.com).

I want to become a become a well established service for the community, and I am willing to work hard to make that happen.

As such, I was hoping you guys could help me with the following questions:

-What can I do to make it more likely, you will use my service?
-How can I improve the site?
-What would you like to see, to help you gain trust and confidence in the service?

Thank you for your input!

1- The website is AWESOME!
2- I think you should advertise your website:
- A signature campaign.
- Google AdWord.
- Optimize your SEO.
- Social Media Marketing.
3- Add more categories on the website.

BTW, it seems there is a little problem with the website, check this pic: https://i.imgur.com/9uRtTxH.png (https://i.imgur.com/9uRtTxH.png)
If you need help fixing it, pm me.

Your site is very good. But there are not too many jobs here  :'( I would to see 100-150 active offers instead 10... You need to do a lot marketing! Signature campaign, articles on popular bitcoin sites (cointelegraph?) etc.

Thanks for the feedback. I am advertising it as much as I can with the small budget I have. But I will see what more I can do.

What categories would you like to see? I would appreciate any suggestions.

I will look into fixing that issue soon! Thanks for pointing it out.

Thank you for the positive feedback. Keep in mind the site is 3 weeks old, but I am trying hard to find new people who want to hire, with time, I hope this is the case.

I was looking for something like this for a while but right now there are not much jobs available, I would definitely be using it once there are more services to do good luck with your project.

Start by giving away free btc for signups linked to their xbtfreelancer's profile or linkedin, this I think will help you have more users in the site. There were only few people in there which is why the site don't have job posts.

Keep promote your site using sosmed or other platform to advertise your site.
Keep consistent since time will lead you into success peak

The site is great looking and simple loading process !

Keep doing what you enjoyed or try another bussiness to seek alternate oppurtunity

This idea will give your site more users but I tell you they will just signup for the free btc and will abandon the site when they get those btc. So its not really recommended IMO. The one you have to do is promote your site will do. Google ads, facebook, I dunno if twitter ads is efffective. But social media and sig campaign also I guess will do.

Factually, when i saw your first post somedays ago, i followed workingforbitcoins.com website, i liked your service at first seen. I did refer one of my skilled friend to this.
My recommendation is to start a signature campaign to let all freelancers know about your service.

I doubt there will be signups for that too. Tested it myself for a btc freelance site and the demographics always lie.  you will just be spending facebook ads without signups and if they do sign up, they will still abandon. Doing it may way will give you targeted emails to spam which they will browse back,.

If you don't have jobs to promote atleast add an option for Job Seeker to promote their portfolio on your site with their asking price range.
the more users using your site the more it will be visible to others as job seeker will promote it.

Your site is great as it is now.
User friendly and easy to access.

Maybe you could add more job categories in there.
I believe a site like yours is the one that bitcoin hunters were looking for.

Keep promoting your site, someday it will be huge and popular.

Well it takes time but your site is really good. I think promoting it on Facebook can help it to gain more visitors also employees and employers. There's a lot of groups that can know about your site.

What can I do to make it more likely, you will use my service?
I'm a freelancer and other than xbtfreelancer which pays in btc, I work in non paying btc sites. I think if you will get more jobs listed and like a loyalty program in your site, I may use it as well.

How can I improve the site?
I already like the design of your service. An app in the future may be good for people like me who always use their phones to go online tho the site is already mobile friendly.

What would you like to see, to help you gain trust and confidence in the service?
Promotions. Usually new services promote their service to gain more interest and to prove that they are a trustable service

Maybe promoting on another active cryptocurency forum? There's a lot forum about cryptocurency, maybe that was good for advertising on there, i can help you with that.
How about some bounty thread translation? So people will interesting.
Adding more coin maybe? Like Litecoin, ETH, or another is good, and USD too? Or maybe something like exchanger, so people will get paid with bitcoin, and they can change it directly from your site before they can withdraw it.

Some stupid advice :
And maybe add "Hire" feature? So, people who has good reputation (up to 10 member review or more good reputation), they can activate Hire features, in here people can directly hire him without create a job first. ( But the negative side, is not enough people who want create a job again and just hire from reputation member )

The thing I miss on XBTfreelancer and on your site is a way to quickly filter the open/completed projects.

The icons below the "BROWSE JOBS" also count the completed projects. Frustrates me a bit.

I will also suggest you to start the signature campaign provided you have funds to do so.  Having a Signature campaign here means that your bitcoin related site is introduced on the biggest bitcoin forum and it will surely give you many new visits and clients.
