I do not beleive a betfair only user can release stucked balan e. As long as your are officially concerned to betfais website, you can do this. I'm not sure what it's like in other regions but here in the uk when you open a betfair account you get usage of the exchange, games and casino on the same account and you are able to use a single balance to bet on different platforms. Maybe I should have said betfair uk only as I don't know how betfair works in other regions. I'm unable to tell you exactly how I'll be doing it for obvious reasons but if your familiar with the exchange then it's easy to guess what and how I'll be doing. The thing is I'll be using my own legitimate account acting as the middleman and that's what the commission is for. It's 100% foolsafe method either your money will be transferred or worst case scenario it'll still be stuck in your account.
