Personally, I have pawned a couple of gold rings (https://pawnbat.ca/jewelry/rings/metal=gold/) that I didn't need. At my surprise I was offered quite a beneficial deal. So be sure to try it out too! Pawn shops are generally a complete ripoff. He might make off better at a bullion dealer - they'll give him closer to spot - but part of the value lies in it being vintage. That being said, I'd like to see pics as well. |
