I think investor are waiting for august 1 result till that they are withdrawing their funds it may the long time investors with huge capital . Some small capital investor like me buy some good alt coins and keep prediction on that.

it's called whales and their bots decided it was end up 12 wks of pumps (over inflated), they bought a bit sure but they sold off a whole lot more into dummies with buys setup in oversold coins and they dumperoo into you.  congrats bagholding, so hold until their decide to wake the markets back up again.  as usual many weak hands will sell at a loss.....and this is what the whalebots want lol.  such is crypto, same endless shit cycle (now it just lasts months instead of days or week).  nice money though.  8) 

tip, you should have been SELLING COINS the last 8-12 weeks, NOT BUYING.  buy when it's dumping or crypto is quiet and markets are dead.  sell when shit heats up. 

A panic period. Panic chain reaction and so on.   ;) Everything is still the same, except the faith on cryptos changes a bit.

By the way, if one still has some fiat cash to invest, I would say it is the right time to catch the potential bottom.

That's real market, you should understand they have their own answer. News speculation about 1 August is making all cryptocurrency price going down and maybe until next month we will see it. As a trader or investor this time we must wait and see until the price into buy area and buy again. Be patience  and don't panic sell, you'll gone lose. Good luck.

Many early adopters do not care selling as they are still in big profits. Those mainly panicking are the late comers in the crypto market who came in few months ago to ride the bull and then they all flopped selling at a loss. The Bitcoin hardfork/segwit/softfork issue is also causing panic and hysteria and those who are very very clever are picking up all the cheap coins.

People massively sell their coins to go on vacations. :)

It is hard to see market nowadays. Some articles predict that bitcoin market price will go down till $1800. However when it starts going up, it will go up till $5000. But still it gives me heart attack every time I see the market. :(

There is nothing new in this type of scenario for the coins out there because the cryptocurrency market is now crowded by newbies which they just sell or join the panic selling if they see a huge dump on the market. If you see a bloodbath in the cryptocurrency world then just buy a lot of it and don't be afraid to touch the bloods because it will give you money soon.

What I see here is a testimony to the various threads that has been created on the forum here and there concerning the issue of August 1 which everybody is really skeptical about and as a result they are pulling out of the market. As for the other alts that are equally going down, its just a testimony that whatever happens to btc happens to them as well no matter how they proclaim themselves to be a better alternative or even another Btc as we can clearly see here that they are even more hit than btc itself.

Yep, it'll turn around soon and the those that sold in a panic will try to buy back their coins at a lot, the longer you are in this world the easier it is to take screenshots like this on the chin :)

Everybody knows whats happening. Big investors who have already made big money, are taking their main investment out becoz of upcoming 1st August..and because of the same we are seeing devaluation in ETH and others as well. In my understanding, Bit coin can go to even $1700-#2000 in coming weeks of panic. and the same would happen with ETH, I can see it trading at $130-$150 in upcoming weeks. But not to worry, It would come back to $300+ at the end of the August. Take my words on that.

You have to look at the bright side here , it's the perfect time to start buying coins!  Like all the others informed you , it's just a panic period mostly caused by the speculations of a fork on bitcoin , things will bounce back in the green direction eventually , so this is the perfect time to start filling your bags with coins , cause when it turns around u can make some really good profit.

Well, not late for going from cryptocurrency to FIAT or USDT, in August the price of crypto not stop with this low price, it will creating new lowest we can't unimaginable as in begin 2017 creating new highest can't unimaginable :). Just got into an ICO with ETH.  Getting more ETH to get into another ICO.  It's a buying opportunity for ETH.  But there is a good chance it'll drop to $100.  I'm in it for the ICOs and long run.

This kind of trend has happened before ::) but certainly not with a fork that is sending people haywire affecting almost all cryptocurrencies as can be seen from the red chart above. I hope when bitcoin price starts to recover altcoins will ride the wave of recovery as well.

Seems like there is a small pump today, I hope it continues rising and doesn't simply drop again.
Pretty unsure on how long this small pump is going to last, BTC is already dropping again which will make other Altcoins drop too sooner or later if it happens.

those investors are taking advantage of this current price drop with every alts as they knew that the price will surely goes back up and with that they are really taking some alternatives ways including ico and diverting their investments with potential projects that offers uniqueness and good future goal.

The fluctuations of the crytocurrencies are actually part of the correction and partly because of the coming of August 1st too. If you could read some post of those persons who have been in the cryptoworld for like how many years now they would tell you that these fluctuations are normal. We don't have to be scared of it but hold on instead.

I guess it is now starting to recover but I sold some already before and there's no regret on selling. I wanna see the price go up again, there's a need for us just keep on trusting bitcoin. And looks like we are now on the green hoping that this will take any longer, maybe for a week or two. That is already sufficient before the fork.

It’s nothing new in the Cryptocurrency competition since the people that like to hold the coins like to have the coin for a while then when the price of it goes up the coin goes down to a lesser value some have expected it to.
I would invest with caution right now since most coins are experiencing dumps because of the movements from Bitcoin and the Ethereum coin. The price should recover if the coin is good.
