Floating Point operations are not utilized within Bitcoin Mining. For all we know, the referenced "K Computer" may not be able to even do 1MH/s due to an architecture organized purely for maximizing FLOPS. The TeraFLOP's number is an estimate based off of the hashing ratios of common cpus and their FLOP's as benchmarked. It can be inaccurate, but not by that much.
