So many people are saying "whales organized the crash", "whales want it to go down"...

It sounds stupid. A conspiracy theory is all it is.


There's no whales that control the market. What i can relate to whales is only smart people, buy low and then dump it on your ass when everyone is buying.

Having a big buying\dumping power on a single crypto IS controlling the market in my opinion. Of course it may be difficult to control something like Bitcoin, but on small markets such as Alts, with lower volumes and money, well, it's a different story.

... even moreso if done on a smaller volume exchange.

Domino/snowball effect and all that .....

Yeah I think that whales doesn't really exist in crypto currency and the dump and pump are just going on because of the massive buying or selling of the coin,
And if whales really do exist how can you tell if the person is considered as a whale?

For you to conclude that there is no whale is where I would say you got it wrong although I agree that whales cannot be responsible for everything that happen in the crypto world because when the price was increasing, no one was crying foul about the whales rather several reasons where brought up to support the increase but that does not mean there are no whales. For me whales are group of individuals or say an individual that can manipulate price and its not necessary one needs to have a 100btc to do that.

Are you sure? I remember the whales on polo kept thousands worth of etherum. the whales is real and it's not fake like you said especially the conspiracy theory. There is a whale and SHRIMP in the market that act as a newbie.
Whales is the smartpeople that makes FUD to make the market crash.
