Wrenches and screwdrivers fit that category well. Their multimeters aren't, but the "free with purchase" ones they give are still useful for monitoring stuff where you don't care about accuracy.

For the price it's good for things that don't last long like work gloves. Cheap hand tools that you don't mind breaking or losing. Also I get the flyers and it's not hard to find something I need for $5 or more to get yet another free flashlight :)
