However you only need to have 5€ (or equilevant) on your card, and you will end up with 10.5€ which you can withdraw to your bank account or card after doing the procedure, it takes around 15 minutes max.

What about the rank and trading history OP spoke about in rule 3 above?

Was that a question to me? It just basically means that if the one has lower trust and/or account rank, they will need to send me first.
However they only need 5€ or equilevant on their card, and they will end up with 10.5€ or so on after the procedure has been done.
Because the affiliate program requires the referral to send at least 25€/$/£ to get the 5€ bonus from circle.

Also what kind of sad person scams for 5€? He would have gotten the 5€ anyway, so seems quite a dickish thing to do from that person.

Yeah, you are doing a great work! In the end you won, so i am sure that the scammer must be really pissed. Dumb people should not even try. If you want to scam, be so smart that you do not get caught :D
