An alternative would be to look into how STEEM whales earn $ through curation if you are looking to ditch your current main social network.

I see there good potential and a good market for all these coins.

I can suggest you look at SONM, XEL and RLC all of these projects are related with super computer like GNT. İ don't know which one is the best because every project has some advantage and disadvantage. But with golem i have also Elastic in my wallet.
