Could it be that there is a network vulnerability in yacoin's code changes?

Anything is possible.  But without some kind of analysis on your part I think we have enough ya coin FUD at this moment.

I don't care if it is a vulnerability in yacoin or if it is a virus, my coins have being lost.

Then you didn't verify the hash of the program you installed.   You ran unknown code on your machine.  This is nobody's fault but your own.
