6 BTC is 12000 $, that is more than enough for me to live on a year, I wish I had that kind of money.

Are you going to donate to me 6 BTC?  ;D

6BTC sounds so little, but I would also be able to live quite a nice life of it for a year without any other income. So now just let's find a job that pays 0.5 a month. But actually it's like making around 0.1 bitcoins a week and it seems doable. Hm...

6 Bitcoins sounds so little, but I guess it all depends on your circumstances and country you live in.

Age too I guess, if you're only a teenager, then 12k will be enough  I'd imagine.

I'd need plenty. I've a few different sources of income, but wouldn't like to rely on bitcoin yet. I make money from trading, but lose too. Also have a Ethereum farm (1.2ghs) that brings in some BTC, ETH or ETC.

Still not enough, I need more.

For one year of living, assuming I use the standard cost of living for my city, I would need to be using about 25BTC over the course of a year to pay for everything that I would have to be paying for, including all of my bills and the like. If I would live on something less than that it would be great, but that's the life and cost required to live somewhere like here.

It's a shame it costs so damn much to live in cities, but I guess that's what cities exist to be as. Might as well just roll with the suck of value.

I am hungry for bitcoins so any amount of bitcoin will be not enough for me, but when calculated at current bitcoin price I think any where between 2-3 bitcoin will be enough to live a normal life for 1 year in my country.

Since it is not my only source of income 3 bitcoins would be enough to provide me a peaceful year, 5 would be very good thing and 7 btc would make my year period really great. With seven btc I would have a chance to travel a bit during the year and would make me pretty happy.

it depends on which countries where you're life because some of developing nations have cheap cost of life but the rich countries such as USA or England probably the cost of life will be far expensive but my country the cost is more cheap rather than other countries and i personally think that 6-7 bitcoin enough for 1 year life

Having 6 Bitcoins to spend for a year is good enough, just make sure it is a bull market the whole year. If the only one that Bitcoin will support is yourself then it will suffice but if you have a family, you may want to double or triple that. Even the 6 Bitcoin is sufficient, having around 10 BTC would be nice so that if something gets out of hand, you have some Bitcoins to spare.

Well if you converted that to AUD it would be around 3500 AUD for one bitcoin which means around 21000 AUD for a year. Rent would be around 250 a week for only one person and food plus others would make it 400$. 400 times 52 equals 20800. So you could barely live off that.

I think if you have 1 bitcoin it will be enough, if you do business with 1 bitcoin and develop it then you will get higher result than 6 bitcoin. Creativity as well as hard work that can give you perfect results. So do not ever be quiet with bitcoin, take advantage of all the opportunities that you can get right now. You can only hope for someone else, but when you make that hope it will be much more meaningful.

But you see here, the real problem is that you can't use bitcoin to make real life purchases right now. It just isn't possible. Right now bitcoin is mostly just used for online purchases or an investment, similar to gold. Maybe in some time bitcoin will be able to be used in

Well my family's income annually is 30k$ after tax and so currently we'd need about 15 bitcoins to fend for ourselves this year provided Bitcoin will remain at 2k$ per Bitcoin until the end of the year.
