Roadmap for Funds Raised

The Hubcoin is developed and managed by a group of altcoin developers with a strong sense of mutual committment creating synergy. It is a strong team with a full set of complementary skills required to complete and run the project.

The project aims to acheieve the set milestones as per the generated fundings. These are shown below:


1) 2 BTC: Coin tracking service like coinmarketcap.com or coinwarz will be created. This will offer the user to sort coins by algorithm and will list new coins much faster.

2) 4 BTC: Hosting for interested altcoin developer will be setup for free and at a small charge of Hubcoin payment it will also be available for
for non-developers. Additional services like website creation, DDOS defense,etc. will also be provided.
It will allow the coin creators to add their coins to our above stated services at no cost.

3) 6 BTC:We will create Block Explorers for Altcoins who do not have their own and require one. Coin Creators would be able to add their own coins to our service for free. Premium Features including urgent coin additions and priority coin listing will be available for payment in Hubcoin.

4) 8 BTC: Pool creation for coins requiring it will be available.
It will allow the coin creators to add their coins to our above stated services at no cost
Premium features and priority coin listing will be avaliable for fixed Hubcoin payment.

5) 12 BTC: Node maintainence service will be created at this stage.
First 3 altcoin developers will get this service for free.
Later will be available for a little Hubcoin payment.

6) 20 BTC: Desktop and webwallet service will be provided.
It will be free for altcoin developers.
Premium features will be available for a fixed Hubcoin payment.

7) 30 BTC: Android  wallet creation service will be available.
It will be free for altcoin developers.
Premium features will be available for a fixed Hubcoin payment.

8) 50 BTC: The Hubcoin team will start their own coin creation service.
It will be free of charges with 10% premine share.
A strong service will be craeted to support much more algorithm and possibilities than other services.
Creation of coin without any premine or with custom premine will also be possible at a fixed Hubcoin payment.

9) 100 BTC: Promotional services for coins will be created enabling facilities like voting to secure more recognition.
Other promotional services such as press releases, social media, signature campaigns, advertisment, faceouts search for investors, etc. will be provided.
Sometimes several technically sound and great coins do not get noticed but our promotional services will minimise the risk of coins from being unnoticed.
Hubcoin owners will be able to vote by paying Hubcoin and choose coins for promotion.

10) 200+ BTC: Reviving support for dead coins(but with important goals and useful ideas) will be provided by repairing stuck block chains, connection issues, hardforks, creating websites, adding block-explorers and services, and a full work on the coin.

30,000 coins is my own 1% premine
197,000 coins was distributed between altcoin developers, who agreed to receive it (22 / 31 membes).
103,000 coins was burnt as not all developers sent Ethereum wallet (11 / 31 members)
3000,000 coins send to CoinExchange.io for ICO.

Some developers, who received those 197.000 coins going to spend a part for bounty and signature campaigns, but I cant say what percentage for now.
We want to spend a bit of ICO funds for bounty campaign too.
We have prepared only preliminary version of Roadmap yet, but I working on final version and going to publish it tomorrow.

hi dev, i dont understand this"At the end of the ICO a 40% buy wall will be placed at the lowest ICO price for 4 days. This gives buyers a chance to back out of the ICO if they like." can you expand for me? i think, if i place buy order then 40% buy order will be sold. that right?

It seems like this will be a good project for investment, I will wait for its ICO in the middle of this month, hopefully the project will be successful.

Interesting concept, I haven't heard of rewarding the developers some premine for their contributions as far as I know of, I hope they reach their target as the road map promises of apps and tools could benefit the whole scene, even using the coin as payment for their provided services is a neat idea.

Also I like the whole create your own altcoin part and 10% premine of that coin will be split to all hubcoin holders, Not just the Devs, everyone that owns some coins.

After the token has been paid, must it be kept for one year before trading?

No that is only for the Altcoin Developers (Team) receiving their share, a system is in place that limits the Altcoin Developers (Team) Premine being spent within that year, think of it as a trickle system for each developers holdings.

As for the ICO investors who purchase the coin, they are free to buy and sell however many as they feel.

There are some things that are too difficult to understand or balanced, i wanted to participate in the giveaway https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945355.0 when i saw that the coin just launched on the 15th of july but i discovered that the giveaway ended by 1st of july; why is it like that, the coin giveaway ended before the launched date ?

We announced coin on 1 June and there was 1 month to join team + receive part of premine / btc bonus.
It was planned before in the pre-ann Roadmap.
I contacted many altcoin developers and was creating team firstly.

Then on 1 July we stoped giveaway + teambuilding and focused on development.

All the participating developers of Hubcoin voted with how the distribution method would work, the "developers premine" is spend limited for 1 year meaning that no big dumps can occur from the developers in the first year which also gives them personal incentive to stay with the project.

BTW pallas is also part of the team, you do know who he is right... ? :)

Some information about the premine distribution:
I asked all the team to send me Ethereum wallet for receiving premine, and waited 8 days for answer.
10 members didnt answer, so their part of premine was burned

We fixed it and will update logo soon!

Certain things I see working, certain others I don't although I do wish the Team good luck on the project and hope they are indeed sincere !

It all looks great, so far. I joined the slack and here is the next thing to do. Shorten the wait on getting into the website, and get a side panel that lists what's up now. For instance, I could not find any reference to this bct discussion or I could not find the blog review or the slack or ... what ever else is going on toward reaching your goals!!!
Keep people informed and activated to get involved if you want to raise the kind of funds that you are looking to raise!  Maybe, start your own forum off the website???

I am agree with you that website is too simple, it needs to be improved.

We going to translate ANN on other languages and post it on Bitcointalk different sections too.

Yes, BIP91 and segwit events makes 1 August uncomfortable and danger date to complete ICO.

This Hubcoin is showing promise as it's a hidden tinker, the dust drops and the magic happens :)

The supply doesn't look like it will be big either as only 1.9% [4.2867 BTC] of the offered ICO supply has been bought which means potential investors will be getting a bargain after the excess ICO coin burn.

We continue work on coin tracking service and going to add ICO tracking section with the maximum number of coins too.
From my experience there are no one tracker which can monitor all existing ICO with no exceptions.
There are premoderation, fees, or adding by email request from ICO creator at best case, nobody search and add ICO themself.
For example only 2 tracker added Hubcoin for free, another 3 asked fee (near 1000$) and ~15 trackers didnt answer.
We want to improve this and create our own ICO tracking service with the maximum number of coins.

It's really sad that coinexchange.io BTC wallet is under maintenance. People can't participate in the ICO after they claimed Bitcoin Cash.

Agree, Hubcoin looks very good in comparsion with any coin which have less than 10 or 40 BTC capitalization.
Total premine is 200,000 as 100,000 was burned, because some developers didnt receive their part and not sent me their Ethereum wallet. ( I waited 1 week for answer )
For now it is 4% of premine spendable, 8.000 coins, as 1 august was choosed on start point and 4% of year was gone.

What can we do to continue both our missions but avoid confusion? I respect your ideas and your development, but HCN was there before, even if it wasn't listed on CMC. There is even an asset issued on top of the NXT blockchain with that name, specifically to avoid collision (once the actual HCN blockchain will be live, that user issued asset will be converted to the new blockchain).

Maybe we can find together a new name or approach for your project in such a way that it wouldn't collide with Hubcoin.cash? Maybe Coinhub? It seems more appropriate for what you do.

It will affect peoples and investors who bought Hubcoin on ICO.
As we spread press release on hunreds sites and finished ICO, Hubcoin will associate with our project anyway and changing name may not help.
I think this way is bad for your project too.

You should have created Hubcoin thread on Bitcointalk.org.
I really tried to avoid collision and did everything I could, but it was impossible to found your project before.

What about changing your name to Hubcash?
It is not so painful as your still not launch project, but changing name on live project with finished ICO, exchanges, and spreaded release is deadly.
For my opinion, Hubcash also sounds great, and possible even better than Hubcoin.
(As Bitcoin Cash was launched a couple weeks before, peoples will remember Hubcash very well and it may help in promotion.)

It have some advatnages too: you gaining additional popularity from Hubcoin before start and we can cross promote both projects.

Block Explorers don't take that long to setup for new coins, the older ones with massive blockchains I can understand but the small blockchain ones... where are they ?

Look up the old Sci-Fi cryptocoins, most of them need block explorers but have big blockchains and/or are dead and need nodes, you can surely find somebody who holds the last known agreeable block in each coins thread.

We don't need a blockchain explorer, we have a couple (sometimes they are down); but if someone wants to take the challenge and build one for Cryptonite, maybe adding new features like richlist (not available in the official explorer software).

I honestly think it is the exchange doing it or the Project Lead Hubcoin Dev telling the exchange to halt the incoming deposits since most HUBcoin holders already bought on exchange.

The only people who would be depositing to exchange is the Dev's that received from the Project Lead some Hubcoin Premine as every day a % of their total coins they received get unlocked and are spendable..... Seems to me this Hubcoin is being gamed and they aren't letting their own team dump ::)

What is the Project Lead spending the rest of the ICO funds on ? I see he gave a fraction of it to 8 or so devs but that amount is nothing compared to the total the Project Lead would still have left..... 5BTC ... where is it ? what's it being spent on ? Why do you hold so much and then pay so little for help ?

I also heard rumours that you hired an Office and a couple of Your Countries Local Developers prior to this project kicking off and are supposedly paying them $500 a month :-\ What kind of developers are these ? It seems to me from basic observation and reading the trollboxes that you are justing hoping others will do the work for you as that is why you got an Experienced Dev team together (22+ devs remember) yet you are outsourcing other developers that have no clue WTF they are doing compared to the listed gang... I would say that your team is hesitant to set any services up since you are being a bit of a knob by holding the majority of the funds and not spending them on anything, the portions you gave out were for services right, well those portions aren't going to buy much compared to your cut.....

Where is YoBit ? Where is Cryptopia ? Where is Bittrex & Poloniex ? If you have the money in Invested funds why not pay for listing ? it really doesn't make sense as all I see is you (The Hubcoin Dev project lead) posting what you will be doing, have started, need filling etc but none of it has been accomplished.....

We worked on explorers at past week, it was a bit harder than we expected (every coin have special issues reuire some time + work for wallet compilation, blockchain downloading and setting up of the explorer).
After observing open source explorers we decided to start with simple liquid open source explorer.
Currently, we setup 2 explorers for CrocCash and Paccoin on http://188.225.87.111:3001/ + http://82.30.11.101:50/
Second ip is dedicated server which was provided by Saracenis (He also set up raid array there), Anarchistsprime also helped with first CrocCash explorer so we work together.
As we choosed explorer, mastered installation and understand many technical details of blockchain ( we also tested some blockchain parsers for raw binary dasta), setting up more explorers would be much faster, we want to make a conveyor and provide explorers for all coins which need it. We also going to code and add some important options such as richlist on liquid explorer,
We will continue work on explorers, trackers and Hubcoin promotion on next week.

I won on big hackathon on Kazan a few days ago, not anonymous anymore, so you can be shure that Hubcoin is not scam.
I also got many new knowledges there, and continue work on 3 firts Hubcoin goals as it was promised on the ICO.

I think the problem is about the number of coins in circulation. Coins are made tradeable, in addition to those already tradeable, each day from the etherum contract. Coin market cap needs to show the correct number of coin in circulation, "Circulating Supply", and maybe also "Total Supply". Maybe you can give a link to some block explorer.

Some big updates upcoming.
I decide to focus on ICO tracker + Ethereum token, smart contracts creation for Hubcoins only (and will not receive any other payments) as getting many orders after winning the Hackathon.
I got near 5 emails on email about ICO tracker, peoples want to add/edit their services or asking me how to pay for higher place.

I would add Hubcoin on another exchanges later and going to provide buy/sell options on Hubcoin.io website too.
Also i am going to buy some Hubcoins at 7500 satoshi and support price a bit, as have many orders for smart contracts writing and wallet integration now.

Free explorers service + websites/hosting is frozen for now, will return to them a few months later.
But if anyone will ask hosting / explorers, i will help them as it was promised.

Hubcoin source code based on Ethereum.org token example, which unfortunately contained a bug.
It wasnt allowed to send all balance to another wallet.
(at least 0.0000001 part will stay at old wallet and lost.)

That bag is small, but it was enough to break down CoinExchange.io deposit and withdraw system.
If was hard to find the reason, but now we know it so can fix problem and enable deposits/withdraws on CoinExchange.io soon.

I also sent a commit to Ethereum master branch (https://github.com/ethereum/ethereum-org/commits/master), it was checked and accepted.

1) Found bug which not allow to work automatical deposit/withdraw system on CoinExchange.io
As you can see in previous message - bug is founded, it was on Ethereum.org/token code, and I also fixed it on Ethereum.org

2)Adapt and enable deposits/withdraws on CoinExchange.io, for now I am negotiate with CoinExchange.io admin about details and time and will
provide more information on next days.

3) When it will work fine and deposits + withdraws will be ready, I will send request to coinmarketcap.com again, and put request message to their thread if they will not add it and push them with other ways.

I am keeping my coins, and waiting for next move

We going to make Hubcoin hard fork on next week (or a bit later).
For fixing 2 bugs + possible adding safe math for additional security.
(My own premine freezing code works perfect, both bugs inherited from token examples at Ethereum.org. )
It is only one possible way to enable deposits/withdraws on CoinExchange.io and we agreed with CoinExchange.io admin about it.
Balance distribution and Hubcoin ownage will be 100% same, so there will be no problems.
It will require only to change token id on wallets.
Then we continue Hubcoin development, will follow promised goals but will not limit us to it.

I am confident to say that hubcoin is dead !

First he posts a picture of "himself" with some colors behind the browser background unless of course he has a dying graphics card or ram proves weird, even incorrectly installed drivers it could be :D

Then he says that he fixed a couple of bugs for eth tokens "frozen premine" haha nothing is frozen about !

If you watched the graph for hubcoin you could see that 50 odd thousand hubcoins followed by 20 odd thousand hubcoins were sold in one day, this equates to the balances of a high holder other than people who "bought" as I don't see any of the premine holders bar the dev having that many total coins in their balance to spend instantly, most days I would see 200 or so coins being sold and it was nothing until it go dumped on by a big "Frozen Premine" !


What happened to most of the ICO funds ? I thought you mentioned you spent some on Local developers for help, what have they done so far ?

For now I am focusing in creating Hubcoin's new contract and enabling deposits/withdraws on CoinExchange, but I will continue working on trackers and have an expanded and better explained roadmap with our main goals later, once we get the new smart contract ready and working.

From September 9th you have been saying the new HUB is all ready to go and you've been talking to coinexchange.io admin yet still nothing has happened almost 1 month later.... judging by your post history that you sporadically edit after venting (Like your whole personal attack on CoinExchange.io) Yes it is all archived 8) I wouldn't trust anything you say.

For a fact I know this is all a farce from the HUBcoin dev as I was sending 20 odd coins a day to coinexchange.io with no problems what so ever with the standard ETH gas price, no problems ! Explain that then if the code was broken with tx fees like how you say ::)

Remember the Premine wasn't frozen either, "Frozen" was such a stupid name to call it, should of been "Daily Unlock Premine"... anyway the coin isn't worth shit at these prices & even if any of the premine holders eventually get to unload their coins it will still be worth nothing !

I'm glad Hubcoin is now moving and they are now on coinexchange I'm sure there's a lot more to come to this project, considering there are a lot of team on board this project, definitely the project will push the price of this token, congratulations to the team

I've checked on coinmarketcap but why there are no stats on coinmarketcap, this project started months ago with good planning and they are already being traded and the platform are already here, but why no stat from coinmarketcap for reference, there should be one, c/mon guy submit it to coinmrketcap it's free

It need some design and interface improvment firstly, and then some promotion (posts to advertisment campaigns lesson threads etc).
We going to make it free but add some premium features for Hubcoins.
While we were solving the problem with the contract, CoinExchange.io deposits/withdraws and therefore, adding to coinmarketcap, we did not have time and energy for this.

If you want to keep nodes+ explorer free listings please fire up some vps.
I suggest a swap to a traditional blockchain for investors and get away from eth. This is only causing concern.
Pay coinexchange to swap it and do a small rebrand as it conflicts with the hubcoin that has been worked on before this was launched, as I did mention in slack it would cause an issue (nobody listens) & it did.
You need to allow devs to guide.
There is no excuse for this to be so low. You could have supported the market more & I feel you have upset a few.

And yes, a rebrand would help. Rebrand, burn some coins of devs that arent on the coin anymore and especially limit their supply, I think the supply given to developers was too big.
Also, I offered all my help to help with the English branding, the dev is very smart but since his English isn't that good, the communication gets messy at times. But I know he is very smart and capable of having a coin that's worth more than what HUB is worth now.

Also, I suggest the dev to use some of the funds to get us in new exchanges, and in design of the website (even wordpress themes look better).

I may have come across as negative in my last post but I am someone who goes strait to the point and this can be interpreted as rude or negative even critical.
What I am trying to say is there's options here and people willing to help with those options.
