ipad mini it is the first model with 1 crack in the glas, it is just 1 very thin line from up to down and cant barely see it
or feel it, have a screenprotection on it. The display it self is ok and not broken, it is just the glas on top but it is so thin you wont even see
on a picture or if the screen is on. The ipad is working perfect and have also the box and charger.

I would not repair the glass, ipad is working perfect and the crack is barely visible. better to let it that way

Also escrow is a must even the raffle seems legit. The deal will be, the bet amount will be escrowed. After a winner is established, you will ship the prize then if all are fine already, escrow will be handed you the amount.

This thing do amaze me on which 2 iphones are on raffle. Lets break this down. 0.0028/slot which theres 15 slots = total 0.042 btc = 83.49 USD as of currents rate preev.com. Even those phones do have some flaws but its still more expensive than on the amount he was asking and also do see the free shipping worldwide? Are you serious?

For example, I live in Brazil (one of the most  high import taxes in the world, if not the highest one), there are a lot o people from India, Indonesia and other countries here in bitcointalk forum.

I've liked your idea, but using TeamViewer is quite invasive IMHO, I think most people may refuse your offer, better if you sell those electronics in the usual way.

yes free shipping, and normally import tax is waved under a specific value, i don't know about Brazil, but other countries
is  if value of the item is below 300-400$ there is no import tax. You have to check this for Brazil

Here the value must stay below 50$, but in most cases, even below it the federal officers will tax it for other reasons, unfortunatly electronics are highly taxed (damn it), not only Brazil is like this, many other countries are.

No it will just be a number generator online and teamviewer so they can see that it is fair.

Regarding the tax i told you i dont know how it is in Brazil or some other countries, i know in Europe it is like how i said.
Better to check like you did, if win an ipad or iphone and still need to pay high tax i dont know if that will be a good idea, maybe better to buy a phone or ipad in your country if thats the case.

I guess the issue of concern here is on the basis of trust because how are we sure that the moment the donation comes in the raffle will hold and we won't just no see you again?/Also, with the fall in the price of bitcoin, how do you intend to handle that considering what you are asking in btc is constant? Newbie account buying a non-escrowed lottery tickets is compromising. Yeah, it seems that the account is just an alt of OP to attract other buyers but if it is true then it wont work because nowadays people are smart enough to take decision.

1. Refusing to escrow funds
2. Even if funds were escrowed, no proof of a legit draw of the winner
3. Used newbie accounts to create a false impression of bought tickets

Yes it might be worth 0.025 BTC in some countries. In the United States these phones go for about $20-$30.

However the issue is most of them are locked to their carrier. And you can't jailbreak and unlock the phone like you could with the iPhone 3G.

So you have to pay about $50-$100 just to get it unlocked to be able to use it internationally. And that's what makes these phones hold very little value.

So I am surprised they are giving it away in their lottery.

Here in my country, international shipped network locked Apple Devices cost around $100 or more to unlock so it's really not a wise way to deal with this lottery (at least for me) even this kind of lottery provided by the OP is legit and meet the standards of having a fair game. Apple devices are way troublesome when unlocking compare to Android devices on which an owner can unlock it itself.

Back to the topic, OP still you don't understand how the system works here. The requirements is easy why having trouble doing some of the recommendations? If only you did that then you won't see any critisicm here and it will save your ass. Simple as that.

Such a large amount for just unlocking iphone 4 for now base in my experience i am just giving $10-$20 unlocking iphone 4 factory unlock but depends if what carrier that iphone 4 is locked..
