today i sold my bitcoins because the bitcoin is droping day by day,, dont know when it will rise again, i want to know what is the good time to buy bitcoin??

Learn to read the markets. It takes time but once you manage to understand whats going on, you can understand better.

You won't get it right 100% of the time, but at least you can look at potential support/resistance and turning points.

There is a strong support level at $2900 andif that support level is broken then expect it to fell to below $1500 before rebance again. You should also familiarise your self with what is about to happen on August 1 which is creating great confused to traders and investors alike. This is the best time to buying cheap again.

Hard to predict the price of bitcoin. The price fluctuates very often. Specially with the current situation. I can't blame you for selling your bitcoin because the price is sinking. You haven't been here for the long time but if you look at the price of bitcoin, a crash would result in a price increased in the future. The good time to buy bitcoin is when the price is low, I advise you to buy if you have money to like $1500. But I don't know if bitcoin can reach that price though.

Some potential reasons behind Bitcoin current low price:

1. We have many people who are not comfortable in holding bitcoin because of August 1st due date.
2. Overall uncertainty about Bitcoin road map and debate how future updates can influence bitcoin.

Its causing losses everywhere especially those who bought bitcoins during April and May, they are taking lots of losses with the deep plunge thats happening now, it will rise up but the big question is when will it be.

Bitcoin prices will definitely be soaring. At this point there is hardly any going back for BTC and other crypto currencies. Almost daily more and more countries and companies and announcing that they are moving to accept bitcoin. This will push the price up because as the demand increases the price will go up. Anything can happen. There is no way to tell you when there is going to be a good rise where a lot of people can make money or if the value is going to plummet and there will be lost money all around. You have to figure this out for yourself and I don't know if it was worth it to sell now, but it might pay off if the market keeps going down.

But for real though, newbies have to figure out some of the stuff they're asking for themselves. There are some super basic or common-sense questions, anything that you'd learn from 5 minutes researching trading and the blockchain (even a quick rundown on it), and they're being asked here.

i think you do not made such a good decision. because the present downfall is temporary and for the time being. i am sure that after 1st August the price of bitcoin will start increasing again, and second the price is currently trading in its low price and i do not think that the price will decrease any more. i am sure that bitcoin price will get a form support at that stage and will hopefully very soon start increasing.

It seems you were a little late when you sold your Bitcoins. Anyhow, all are history now. The most expected time when Bitcoin will rise again is after the Segwit or the fork (if ever it will). Obviously, after these events, we will see that Bitcoin will start to regain its value again.

I say that it is a good time to buy some Bitcoins during the final week of July. The closer we are from the scheduled date, the more tension we will experience. Consider some news in here. If ever that it was announced that there will be no split then Bitcoin will start climbing again or if it is announced that a split will occur, then get ready to buy many coins.

That is a future plan but market does not react to these sort of speculation and so is the reason the price of bitcoin went down in the past few days,hopefully the market recovers well after the activation of segwit,only time will tell what the market will be six months from now. :)

No one is 100% sure about what will happen with bitcoin. It will be only decided after 1st august after the segwit hype will be done because at this time most of the people are selling their btc in fear of hard fork. Because if hard fork will happen bitcoin will be divided into 2 parts and that will effect the bitcoin price too much that is why people are selling their coin after 1st August when it will be decided what is going to happen than the price of bitcoin will be stable and grow normally.

Bitcoin's price value is still unstable and unpredictable due to the reason that its price value is now dumping at $1,600 at the market. Yes this price value is really alarming  but we are still hoping of its price pump after the segwit fork event. But as for now, it is a good opportunity to buy bitcoin because of its price dump enabling users to buy more.

It is now the great time to buy bitcoin due to the reason of its price dump that just happened to be now playing within $1,600 right now. i am also in favour of buying bitcoin in current price, because price of bitcoin is now trading below 1900$ which is really a very reasonable price and i ma sure that within few days the price of bitcoin will start increasing again. i do not think that the price of bitcoin will stay here in this price for a long time but will start increasing very soon.

maybe this month is a good time to buy bitcoin because the chain split and holder is advised not to store bitcoin in exchanger because it will likely disappear. look at market movements if there is any chance of going down again.

I think investing in Bitcoin right now is extremely dangerous because we do not know how the 1 August event unfolds. I think it is advisable to invest Ethereum at this time because Ethereum is the safest place to invest and avoid many risks

what? i'm not sure how or where did you get that eth is just relying with btc value and with the dumping movement of btc, eth value is also dumps i think like what everyone said its really a hard time risking our money as we don't know what aug1 will bring to this project so better to keep checking.

Maybe now is the right time to buy bitcoin because we can see the price start moving up again, maybe today will go up but not much. But at least if you buy now you can earn a few percent profit on this day. But if you're not sure, you better just hold it and see what happens after 1st August.

Be patient man, don't panic. Don't sell if the price is low just hold on to it and wait till the price starts to increase again. August 1 is coming soon so you better keep what you have and just learn more about what is happening.

There's no definite time to buy or sell Bitcoin, Normally of it's more of risk taking and trend reading. As of the moment well I guess it's much better for you to buy Bitcoins *if I were to ask this is a great opportunity* since the rates are still low, and We can never know when it will rise again but if you look at the trend the potential of bitcoin to rise again is very much probable.

I really find an urge to reply to this idea of Bitcoin falling down as low as zero. Now, that would be the best thing that can ever happen to Bitcoin as far as Bitcoin buyers is concerned. Why? Can you imagine buying Bitcoin with no more need for money since it is already zero...? No, am just kidding.

There is actually a possibility that Bitcoin can fall to as low as (ok this is just theoretical) $500 but at that level there is a big possibility that big whale of buyers can be snapping the available Bitcoin and so the value would rise fast back to a higher level.

I would recommend you taking some time and watching some youtube videos about the market and analysing graphs, etc, since it will help you understand a lot of this stuff and you will know when you sell and when you should hold bitcoin. Price drops on bitcoin are a very regular thing, especially before such a big event, which is August first. There has been a lot of controversial news about how this hard fork will kill bitcoin, and I am certain that the price drops that are happening are due to this. Pretty sure this is called pre segwit anticipation.

Bitcoin value remains stable and strong for the past 5 months of 2017 I think what just happening now is a sort of opportunity for investment. Bitcoin survived for almost 8 years and prove to market that it is really worth the wait. In few more months maybe we will experience more price drops for bitcoin but for sure it will rise again. So don't panic and keep on holding to your bitcoin, don't sell it yet and be patient.

Yesterday there was a huge price decline, panic is a natural thing when we look at the total losses we get. But since morning bitcoin prices have improved, maybe this is a sign that the bitcoin price drop has stopped. Currently we are waiting for the bitcoin price to be back above 2400USD. all hope it will happen in a fairly quick time.

Not until we can be cleared of the split issue that bitcoin will go up high again. Generally bitcoin is an upward trend with some bumpy roads passed. This coming August is just one of those bumps which will be a good buying opportunity.

Yeah, Bitcoin on the road to come back on track today. Imagine all the people selling their coins yesterday while the price was ~1850$ and now a few hours later ~2000$ It's like a 10% loss. Another good news is if you check the others cryptos at Coinmarketcap (at least the top 100) All of them are coming back to what the trend was.

My advice is just let the price of bitcoin go up and down right now and just watch it dude. It's kinda risky for now to buy bitcoin. As you can see, the price of bitcoin in the last couple of days is really scary af. Easily going up and easily going down. I already sell all my coins yesterday when the price at down, it sucks tho the bitcoins price increase again right now, but not when i sell it lmao.

Also if you watch few video on bitcoin price perdition on you tube, you will find that all the analyst say to hold the bitcoin as it will rise after this

You just did the opposite. When the price drop instead of selling you should buy more specially in the case of bitcoin. Bitcoin is a currency with huge potential. No matter how volatile it is in short term, long term gonna earn you considerable profit. You lose the best opportunity  of buying  yesterday. But still the price is good for buying. You can get good returns by the end of year.

Ya you said is right. No one can judge the price of bitcoin after August 1.So it's the right time to brought the bitcoin. You can get the huge money return. It's still good to buy Bitcoins, I see the most optimistic predictions about Bitcoin price and they say it can hit nice values in few months after August if there isn't any HardFork. Some people are selling their coins, but I think they are making a terrible deal... They will lose the chance to make profit when BTC increase its price. If you invested money in bitcoins for long term point of view then no need to panic and sell in this volatile market. Because once you sell then you may or may not get a chance to buy at lower prices again. So it is always good to keep some portion of the investments for a longer term and book partial profits. Both could possibly happen. As of now the price bounce back for more or less than $300. We don't know yet if the price will fall again or it will continuosly rise. Though there are some prediction on Aug 1, it wasn't accurate. Best thing to do is keep watching/seeing the price from time to time.

The most accurate would be to say that bitcoin will rise in long run, but daily fluctuations will always be present. There is no need for confusion, bitcoin price depends from supply and demand, in long run supply should go down and demand up, we will see halving in 2 years, then again in 4.
But daily fluctuations will never stop, did you ever think about what is panic selling? How many bitcoins should be sold/dumped in very short period of time to force price to go down? A group of people can manipulate market with 100k bitcoins in my opinion, they can create false panic selling and when price touch bottom they buy again and with raised demand price is going up again. This is probably the simplest explanation about bitcoin price movement.

I think you already realized what kind of mistake you done. It's just two days passed and bitcoin added more than 200$ to it's price. Bitcoin will raise back, I don't doubt in that, I just can't tell you when exactly it will cost 2800$ again.

Bitcoin always recover as you've seen it right now, get back to over $2300-$2400 and it will increase further due to simple rule of bitcoin : limited supply and higher demand. Especially after segwit will be activated and hopefully there is no another coin which make community split into two sides because miners will choose the best solution for bitcoin, as they have big amount of bitcoin, won't risk their investment. If segwit works, then bitcoin suppose to reach fantastic prices in the next year,  we just need to be patient until the time has come.

I think for now, the right time to buy bitcoin is before August 1, because I'm sure the price of bitcoin can still fall again when it will enter August. You have done a wrong thing ever in your life. You must thinking why I have done wrong just because you sold your bitcoin in very bad times. As you don't know what is going to be happen why it is going day by day. Just because role of Segwit2x. Because in bitcoin there was a slow transaction. So therefore bitcoin is implementing bitcoin for high speed transaction therefore it is going down. After all this the price will twice above $2500 USD per bitcoin.

A very good time to buy Bitcoin is when the price drops and drops, when you buy at that time, then the price increases again, you make a lot of profit who bought at low price.

I'm in that situation when I'm not sure if I should be buying bitcoin in the last week of july or in the first few days of august. So I don't really know what to do and I have about $1k to invest so I'm thinking of buying for 300$ before august and then if the price drops more for the rest $700...

It is rising is just saw the price it is at 2770$ and i don't understand the reason why is the price increasing so fast suddenly. 2 days back it was at 1800$ and now it is at 2800$ why did you even sell your bitcoin if yoh would have waited you could have easily made 1000$ per bitcoin in just 2 days which you won't get anywhere in the world

I think you sold it under the panic selling wave pressure and yes, I can understand that it is difficult to sustain in such conditions especially in the early days of investing. Since price is started to rise now, I am sure you must have learned a lesson from this incident and it will help you every time in the future during such fluctuations in the price. In such kind of market conditions, I would say go with buy orders but will lesser units and higher frequencies so that it will be cost averaging for the period. Reading the markets is not something easy to do but if you are going to buy and sell your coins that frequently then you better learn because the price has recovered very quickly, if you did not do a thing you would have been fine by just holding now if you want to buy bitcoin you will get less than what you could get a week ago.

But have you sold them yet? You should not count your book profits. If bitcoin suddenly crashes, all your profits could get wiped out.

Retrospectively speaking, you sent out this post at around the same time bitcoin was at $1800. That was an excellent buy in time, i've bee nsaying all this time when bitcoin does get down below $2000 it's buy time because price will rebound very quickly.

Actually the best time to buy in installments not to buy direct . Suppose the price is at 2500$/btc , if the price get fall down then 2300$ then buy small fraction of the Bitcoin , and if again get down then buy again few fraction of the Bitcoin and so on .
So we can easily remain in the average price of the Bitcoin .
And i don't think we can loss opportunity every time after we make buy or sell btc , There is no lake of the opportunity in this field .

Well it would have been a great time to buy in some coin when you posted this because that was when bitcoin was at a $1700 low, right? I bought in like $1000 of bitcoin and now it's worth more than 1.5x more. Wish I had bought more on credit to be honest.

Right now though i wouldn't say that it's a good idea to buy more. If you're a trader and is trading on margin especially then get rid of all of your coins, $2700-$2800 is unnaturally high in my opinion. Plus we have seen major resistance at the $3000 point.

Personally, i'm selling half and holding the other half. Maybe after the fork things will brighten up and clouds will be lifted and price will skyrocket. Unlikely but possible.

We never need to get panic and I am gathering all the possible out come after forking hence I am still keeping my bitcoins and I am honestly not getting panic. Only people who are not finding enough information on bitcoin forking getting too much of panic and selling bitcoins or getting confused on what to do and finally dumping bitcoins and losing their opportunities.

Unfortunately not everyone can learn how to trade, it is a very useful skill but it is a difficult one to acquire, so for those like that do not know how to do it the best thing to do is to not fall into panic and hold our bitcoin, it is not sexy but it works.
