About me, I used to weight 115 kilos with about 35-40% body fat. I looked terrible, I couldn't do one push-up. So I came in-to hands and managed to drop to 80 kg in 4 months.Currently I'm at 95 kg with 10% body fat. What you have done may not work for everyone. Also, since you are not a trained professional, you would not be able to know what regimen would be idea for someone, for example, who has a heart disease or lung problem. Those require special knowledge to give advice to.
