I would like to come up with a list of good tokens which fell below their ICO price.
In my view, such list may provide a good buy opportunity for the community.

Status and Basic Attention Token is already worth buying right now because they are cheaper than before and i think there is a big project behind those coins and it can be easily pump after a few months of holding them because the team behind that are solid and i believe on them.

you should add mco coin (monaco) to list too

All of the tokens which newly developed this year is under ICO price if you don't observe it. But SONM and ETT was the most under value against all tokens. This projects has a good future and worth investing.

great idea! keep em coming, already have a couple on my sights, BAT and status! when you look at it, if they havent dumped at ATH levels, alot of money lost.

so the dump to .9cents was a precursor, trigger of sorts for more ICOs to follow.

The reasons for the price below the ICO price can be various, the main reason is the main currency like BTC and ETH that dumps a lot recently. But I think these undervalued project will be pumps a lot, what we can do is waiting the team to make great improvement.

icostats.com is a great site, however, if you look at how they calculate the ICO PRICE you will find the following explanations:
 
"ICO price is calculated according to the following formula:
(USD raised in ICO) / (# of tokens sold in ICO) "

which is basically their own view of the ICO price.
For example, if you look at the BAT you will find that BAT ICO PRICE is 0,35 and that BAT price now is +136% higher than the ICO price, which is not the case.

I have bought SONM for around 3000 sat and 2500 sat, even thought i'm still down 50% i believe this project will rising in the future. Tbh i never thought SONM will be at like this, but we will see what will happens next

I nominate Polybius (PLBT) ICO prices says its 10USD per token. Then sad thin i ended up selling it 4 USD. I believe it because of fud circulating. I know some of accounts here paying just to make fud. I beliebe they also encounter problems on yobit but i really dont know what's the realscore behind it.

bancor and mysterium. specially mysterium. i think project idea is very good and have big potential. it can be huge . but dont take my opinion as a investment suggestion. you should search yourself

I also feel that way, the price ico is $ 10 per token, but the price now does not match the expectations of $ 3.8 - $ 4.8
I'm sure dev is planning something to get the price of his coin and I'll hold it until I get the right price.

I also buy around  4000 sat > 3000 sat and last 1700 sat. I'm really frustrated, and a bit pessimistic that sonm difficult to increase. because bittrex will not be able to add these coins
 

Good idea.I think snm have a big potentical.

Those recent project raised enormous amounts of money, which lead to a post launch dump.

I do believe this trend is increasing for now : first you have the FOMO with the promise of immediate profit, then the coin hits the exchange and many investors dump the coin leading to a decrease in price.
Does it start to show the limits of a model where no ICO CAP is fixed?

If we start to think that the price will fall after ICO, why would people buy during the ICO?
If you do put limits to the number of investors, then all the people who want to join will be there right after launch, boosting the price and stabilising it (at least).

Any projection for TEZOS, the record holder?

Although I'm not particularly a fan of their model, nor do I profess to fully understand it, the notion that Bancor is roughly 50% below it's ICO price is vexing. They have more cash than market cap. By definition, they would be undervalued.

Encryptotel, Polybius,matchpool all of them is below ICO price at this moment I am waiting for this coin to recover. There are more other coin I'll never mention but the price lower than ICO price.

NVST (https://coinmarketcap.com/assets/nvo/) is below their ICO price right now. Good opportunity to buy more (via counterparty) because this will go up again. This project has a huge potential.

Almost all of them are below their ICO price now. Status token is not though. You should remove it from your list.
I don't know why people still invest ICO's, they are clearly not paying back well. Only a handful of projects worth their invested amount.

If you are looking tokens at the lowest price, dent may be one of them, today July 26 is the last day to get them, for few ETH you get plenty of them, this is the most generous token distribution I have ever seen. Dent the ETH ERC20 token to disrupt mobile data industry, any user will be able to buy/sell their  unused mobile data. Find more info thread here at BTC talk.

There are tons of Tokens that are below their ICO price and still hoping that they could recover,
And I think I would nominate the Primalbase Token,Polybius Token, Encryptotel Token and Mobilego Token.

I will suggest TRST and Time, both projects have creative team who actively working on their products GUP has great potential too.

Almost all my invests are under their initial price. Give the some time.

I think these coins won't recover until the market settles after August 1st. Gotta give them time, but also be careful because major players on these small coins might cash out and anytime, crashing the price... And you can never tell exactly when they're gonna do that, and how much profit they were shooting for in the first place... Don't fall prey to the whales, guys!

I am pretty sure that you could make a bigger list than the once mentioned,most of the new projects are really trading below the ICO price but i am not sure about BAT, as it is trading well above the ICO price,just check out their website and you will understand.

MobileGO is opportunity now,thay will launch his mobile store in India 10 of profit will goes for buy back and burn tokens programm,if bittrex will finally add them you will never see todays price

I dont understand how people think these companies will be worth billions. If these cryptos were actually aiming to become currencies I can understand the value.
However the majority are just applications made using blockchain/ledger tech.
If you think a company that will allow ppl to sell unused data will be worth even 500million you're crazy. Once it starts doing well many more will pop up.
All that these ICOs are doing in most cases is finding different ways to use this tech (ledger/blockchain), their ideas aren't groundbreaking and wont take much to copy and improve. They will be lucky to be worth even their current value.
There are very few Altcoins that will truly be worth more than todays value, they will be those that are truly groundbreaking or succeed in being used as a mainstream method of payment.

BAT is below it's ICO Price? Didn't the ICO raise 35M? The current marketcap is over 3x that.  What am I missing?

BAT ICO price is still above the ICO price, its ICO price was around 2500sat of my memory serve me right.

Actually since BTC been down , all are down .. and product that will add real value will survive

Don't forget PrimalBase, people bought in ICO with 3 to 5 BTCs per token, now it worth around 1 BTC. No more communications to the community, lol.
