Here are the things you need to do :-Suggestions recommended. 1.First things first,send $500 to a reputed escrow. 2.Have proofs of the person harassing you. 3.If it's all genuine,I would recommend taking a walk away from your computer and spend sometime with friends in real life.You're just going to waste money on a troll,don't let online troll affect your decisions so much. Think about it logically,I mean yes you would get satoshi thirsty scum of the forum to do whatever being asked or harass the said person but you have nothing to gain from it. Either pay upfront to anyone who is interested in the job or deposit the money to an trusted escrow of this forum. If you know the social media accounts, there are ways to report and get the accounts deactivated if really fake. Tip, drop this shit and keep your money, there are several ways to spend money but make it beneficial for you. It is ec that I think of it but after you are free to do what you want. ;) ;)

Maybe one person can find him with help of his cell number and do this work for you, but it will cost you more probably. Try to do this in person, don't use internet someone can trace everything back to you. Take a walk to the nearest bar and I'm sure that you know someone who have connections with many people in criminal community.
Or be a man, find him and do all alone ;) you will save money and you will learn new things.
