The site says that we can claim up to 10,008 to 87,630 satoshis per dispense.
So is this another scam faucet?

Yes the site its a scam, but do you really think that cloud mining are not scam?
Cloud mining are all scam, they give free power, but for withdraw you need to deposit or buy a plan

i will test it for you. I think i need 1 or 2 month to reach the minimum withdraw balance
