Are we already on the fork? Did I lost my money? I'm also getting the message "unknown block versions being mined". What to do about it? Title: Re: Are we already on the fork? That is unrelated to your transaction not being confirmed. Post by: HCP on July 18, 2017, 02:58:22 AM You haven't indicated what the fee rate was... nor provided a transaction ID... so there is no way for anyone to be able to confirm whether or not your delay was justified.

Post by: iamTom123 on July 18, 2017, 05:29:15 AM I also got a transaction yesterday sending some Bitcoin from Bittrex to another local-based wallet and it came actually very fast...I was even thinking that maybe Bitcoin is now back to its former glory as far as being fast is concerned.
As of now, there is no fork yet and I don't know any specific day when it can happen (that is if it will happen since there are those who are saying there might not be a fork). It's certainly possible that an exchange is running a node that generates the warning and they're showing it on their webpage or something. I see the warning in the output of 'getinfo' on bitcoiin-core: Code: $ bitcoin-cli getinfo Also, this forum's News ticker has a message about this: "News: The warning which may be displayed by Bitcoin Core about unknown versions is related to BIP91, and can be safely ignored." Well, as it has been discussed all the way since the first time it was launched and lucky for us achow101 patiently answering all the question even though it was repeated again and again. It took so much time, how long? Don't you know about many transactions ever stuck for days? back in May 2017 when the unconfirmed transaction reached ATH over 100K.
