The Emerald project provides a platform for decentralized applications (dapps) to be developed on the Ethereum Classic blockchain Among these dapps, there will be the Emerald Wallet, which is a wallet app where users will be able to store their ETC and do much more. Current ETC price is not even a 10% of ETH so there is a lot of space for grows. This is great news that will start pushing ETC price to the moon.
