What happened: my buddy Paid for iptv credits but seller did not complete the transaction :

so what happened here? the guy still can sell on this forum? I still see the ad and almost bought his subscription. Is this fixed or you really got scammed? thank you.

Scamming is not against the rules -> the users that scam won't get banned.

Learn how the forum works, more specifically the way the trust system works. There's a big warning on said user.

Unfortunately Im new here and didnt see the trusted or not trusted ratings.

I paid $300.00 via bitcoin which i never ever used before and probably wont again because of this.

Im not sure where this goes, however I believe that if he had been banned in the first place then i would be $300 better off in my bank.

PLEASE PLEASE DON NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL ON HOW HE CAPTURES YOUR INTEREST AND SEEMS GENUINE.

IF I COULD GET A HOLD OF HIM I WOULD RIP HIS ARMS OFF SO HE NEVER ABLE TO PRESS ANOTHER KEY

I also got scammed by this user. I initially didn't agree with bitcoin payment due to anonymous way of transaction. After negotiations, he agreed with e-transfer of half payment. I did half payment of $200. And then he disappeared. He didn't respond to any of my text later and his phone number is also fake. Nobody can call his number.
