Bitcoin price is  Increasing today very rapidly and quickly. what happened ?
Is there any good news that make people buy again bitcoins.

I think it is the majority of vote for softfork, which make people think there will be no two chains and bitcoin price will go not to 4000$ and above.
Best time to buy cheap now.

This is indeed extraordinary, now bitcoin prices already exceed 2300USD. I was very surprised and so did not expect. It seems people have not experienced the panic and have started to re-invest on bitcoin. This increase occurs because the demand for bitcoin is starting to increase again.

I would say it was expected reaction of the market. Many users paniced last couple days and started to sell under influence of August 1 possible happenings but the price goes up again so now we can expeect the opposite. But experienced  users js seen all this before and now how to react.

People are starting to see that there won't be any hard fork at the 1th of August... so waiting for rebuy at the 1th of August doesn't make any sence.

Yeah... I have also noticed. During the last 48 hours, the prices have increased by as much as 20% (from $1,800 to $2,200). What happened all of a sudden? I have noticed that SegWit2x is now at close to 90% support. Perhaps it has to do something with the price rise.

It was all about to be expected. We need now to test some support. I would say it will be the last time chance to buy if support will hold. Such a behaviour is not at all a surprise to me. What is a surprise is how fast the bounce was. Usualy after the huge decline in price the recovery was quite slow.

I think people are researched more on segwit (segregate witness) witness and found that ability and why its happening and found positive side of the implementation so started investing back instead of going panic.

There is still time to buy some  bitcoins. But I'm guessing that this increase is going to take only for a week until we reach 2-3 days before this month ends. And for sure there will be a rapid dip too, so we dont have to wait for that time. If you can avail to purchase bitcoin today, buy.

Yes bitcoin is increasing I thought it will continue to crashed before August 1 those who get panic and sold their coins while at low price might regret by this time and those who buy bitcoin when it was low seems to smile and still waiting for the price hike.

This market is completely unpredictable mate, we mean the normal people can not guess what happen next second. I think this increase for panic sellers and buyers. New comers will get panic, and they do trading, and it is profitable for exchanges and loss for users. So I am not doing anything from last one week I stopped my all transaction. 

It holds around $1890. Most of the investors saw this as perfect time to really purchase because the price is low. That's why the price rose dramatically in the last 24 hours. As you see price fluctuations are also good for the market. I'm sure that a lot of our members have bought a lot during that time. There was even a thread saying that he wants to buy 1 full btc at a price of $1950 if I'm in mistaken so I'm he got what he wished for. If he's for shorting then at the current price, he could have easily profit around $300 dollar in a short period of time.

Im surprised with the bitcoin price seems increasing today. I guess this means people still keep on buying bitcoins and more beleive in that price will rise again. Yes I think this too that others did research on what may happen in this aug1. So, buy, hold and believe that we can earn profit by having patience.

The weekend is finished, that's why. Most people trade on weekdays hence higher price. The price pattern has been pretty much like this since last month lol. :P

With me in today just small recovery price after have some news about BIP91 make memes buying on market, maybe this trend will continue until end this week. When time nearest deathline, the market will very panic and we can see again dip price! I think that time is best time for buying, at now can sell but don't buy :)

I'm not sure about the real process behind the price increase. The price increase is good and it has taken the price towards the price tag of around $2250. If similar growth happens for a short time period we might cross the $2500 mark from which the price began to crash. Also days are getting closer to the long awaited August one, this might be an before effect.

Price increase is simple. There will be NO hard fork. The FUD is over and people are now back in the game. Look at all crypto huge gains yesturday. There is no need to wait until Aug 1 the dust has already settled and bitcoin can move forward. It is going to be a fun ride for the rest of the year!

indeed Bitcoin price rising and retracing back,
but the question is what will happen in the future ? (lot of people speculated,the reason Bitcoin prices went down because of holiday)
will you believe it ? i won't,it should be down because an issue and uncertain news regarding Segwit and Hardfork.

only 2 possibilites why Bitcoin prices suddenly rising significantly :

1.They want to get out of it so they pump it (Bull trap) and then mass selling will happen again pushing it down to 1500$ level or more (Based on chart)

2.They're confident in Bitcoin (Including a viral post from founder McAfee) and they believe Segwit will activate

But,from my view likely it's first but it won't go down to 1500$ because many people confident in Segwit.

I'm not thinking about the market to be seen in panic already. But as of now we can see the price of bitcoin is quite calm and for sure it's going to be another unexpected move of bitcoin's price. If that happens I'm going to ride the trend of it again and will wait for the price of bitcoin to be in dip and if that happens, I'll take the advantage.

Thankful for that. I did not expect the current rise of bitcoin to happen so fast, I thought the price would decrease more severely, but it did not. Well, I hope the price will not fall below $ 2000 anymore, because it could cause people like me to panic  :D

Are you have some doubt about the happens recovery price very strong and fast after under $2000 until today? In my opinion, today and this week maybe is bullish trap for helps people miss take profit when the price still around $2500-$2300

I am a disadvantaged person. Most people would not have expected that bitcoin prices would rise so quickly. I have sold all the bitcoin assets I have and I am very disappointed at the bitcoin prices. This can not be imagined because the increase is almost 400USD in just 1 day.

The drastic price increased today was really unexpected. When I woke up and checked the price, I'm very happy because I didn't panic and just sold my coins. I just hold and believing that the price can recover which proved correct. I'm not nervous even if bitcoin fall again, because it will again rise as what have been displayed today. Just hold and cruise on Aug 1.

That's right even if price goes down in coming days then we should not get panic and should hold our coins tight as price will rise again in future and everyone is hoping to see higher price in August so that would be the best time to sell our coins at higher profits.

The increase in bitcoin's price is not that too surprising at all. The price is expected to increase one way or another. Because of the last price drop, some people were given the great opportunity to buy more bitcoins. This may be the probable reason why we see these quick bounce back of Bitcoin. I believe that the price will decline again in these coming days before we approach August so buying then will be another great opportunity.

Yes price is going higher now and it is expected that it  will crash again in coming days as we get closer to August 1st so I thinking waiting now would be the best decision and if price goes down by that time then that would be an great opportunity to buy more bitcoins at cheaper price.

Why you wait? if you are just waiting before august 1 expect that we will see a large pump coming before august 1 and today i think this is still a good price to buy bitcoins because its still really in a cheap price and i think segwit is running by some miners..
Some people are getting signal out there that i think we will see a large pump coming before end of this month.. so if you don't buy today you will lose opportunity to buy a cheap price.. if you are just wait what will happen in august and the price start increase you late to buy for low price.. much better every time the price is decrease or crash the same what happen few days ago you still buying because you can be still recover and make more profit once the price is increase back.. in fact the price of movement is normal look at the price today its different from yesterday its a huge and fast pump..

I am also glad for the positive response of bitcoin to the motivations given by this forum, and it really helped with the price to strike back again it's fluctuation and climbed up higher. To those who really waited for the price to increase better this is the time to invest for now, and I believed your patience is really worth it as you let the days end and for the following day the cycle continues. That's why were here to invest and wait for long time and sell at the moment of the right price.

You are a very senior member (Hero) of this forum and this pre-suggests that you have been here a long time to have an idea of how this thing works. That the Bitcoin price is now ralling to the bullish still doesn't suggest that the woes are over. It could be impulse buying by the whales. From my chart, the technicals suggest that price could go down to $2,400 today.

Thats why people often said that weak hands will gain no profit but losses and those who keep holding even on a critical condition always ended up having pretty big profit.
Selling while the market is heavily on panic is kinda dumb move seeing that the current price at that time is just short illusion

Yes that's true bitcoin price was increasing today and it is a good sign. I hope it was continue and not stop raising up. Because more of the users were expecting of good price.

I think in present take profit still good, next time Bitcoin will have more event happening and we can't know the price still increasing or crashing again, make bloodbath on market. Keep safe our funds always important than earning profit

Absolutely a good sign for Bitcoin holder who hold and buy at $2300 few days ago (they got more than 15% from their initial investment) and possibly will keep increasing but only more than 1 week till Bitcoin Hardfork on Aug 1 so be aware with crash because panic sell by this news.

Bitcoin fell as fast as it recovered. A lot of people were panic selling when Bitcoin started to drop and now it seems like people are more panic buying than selling. Looks like a lot of people are jumping on the bandwagon once again.

It has been 2 days and the price is still floating around the 2.7K to 2.8K mark, Bitcoin has once again gone through rapid changes within a weeks time and has stabilized at the end. This week was such a rollercoaster.

Bitcoins recovery is so fast and I conclude that I am one of those lucky people who bought for its down price and guess I'm earning good profits with this current rate right now, But one thing I am waiting is those speculated price if this one would really reach for 5k $ at the end of august or maybe on next month around. And I think I will sold the half and just ride the flow for the current buff.

I hope your right. If bitcoin reaches 5k $ this year i will retire at the age of 28  ;D hahaha

This is something that is quite surprising but since everyone is happy there no one bothering about real reasons rather the one open to us which is the confidence returning to bitcoin but for me, I dont buy that because its seems its just happening all of a sudden and the price just start increasing without any basis of news that could warrant that.

I wonder how would be the price would reach for next month with bitcoins since even on short time spand the price go up so hard and I can't imagine those things happening for now but the good thing for this is we've earned a lot if someone hold their stand and believed with their coins eventhough the price is crashing back before.

The good things of price increase need to continue for the upcoming days, everything with bitcoin is uncertain. The price fall low all of a sudden and the same continued to go below $2000 and now once again when people were in fear about the upcoming splitting the price has been increasing and it might cross the $3000 tag. What I realized is to have trust and the rest will happen good with the network.

Big profits must have been earned. And for us now certainly buy bitcoin is also not a wrong action because it could be bitcoin prices will continue to increase. so whenever the time seems to me that buying bitcoin is not a thing we have to wait, do it now and do not regret it as it happened some time ago. Because sometimes an opportunity will not happen twice.

Please do not buy or sell the bitcoins till august 1st. Even I noticed the sudden bump in bitcoin price chart now touched to 2800$. We need to understand the hard fork is gonna happen  due to BIP148. We need to wait and buy a new coin gonna implement to us. I simply confused what is going to happen.

I also think the chain split are unlikely to happen, seeing that many have supported bip91. After seeing the rising bitcoin prices now I'm pretty sure bitcoin prices will reach 4000$ in the next few months.

That's good for you. Buying bitcoin while it is in the state of dump is the right thing to do because in that way you could earn a high profit. Unlike me, I suddenly panic so that I sell my bitcoin on the price of $1800 and now I'm regretting on what I have done. However, I learned from that mistake that don't panic to sell, be patient and think wise.

That news could inflict on people opinion about bitcoin. After panic about bitcoin splitting people are investing in bitcoin again and that can explain this sudden price rise.
This is nothing new, bitcoin price is capable to move up and down very fast and that don't surprise me anymore. I knew that price will get back on 3,000$, with mass adoption and legalization in many countries its madness that price is going down. Until the end of the year price can go to 4,000$ and maybe even more.

AFAIK bitcoin price has been recently increasing because of several factors at play like low transaction fees which has reduced greatly and bip91  locking in with  segregated witness seeming like a favourite for the community atm has probably prompted cryptonians who cashed out to reinvest their money back into btc

As far as I know, a swedish country bank has accepted bitcoin, so many of the country's people have bought bitcoin, it has become a favored currency, so demand is rising. The value of bitcoin also increased.

And I read that the government of Africa has taken bitcoin. But I do not think that this fact influenced the price of bitcoin. Still, the price of the news about the SegWit
