i deposited some btc and enjoy my experience on the site, however the fact that i requested a withdraw more than 2 hours ago and it still has not been processed is frustrating. to say the least

Is there also a no-depositbonus? To try the site before doing a deposit?

Bitcoin sites don't usually offer no deposit bonuses. Also they offer bonuses on almost every deposit you make, even after your first 4 deposits you get bonuses every Monday and Wednesday.

Received a funny email from this, seems that the site is not even know how to attract their players through email.
The email is just so short sentence "(my username), visit us again ." This is the first time I got an email like this from a bitcoin gambling site. But thanks your email made me smile for a while because it sounds like a joke for me.

Well the site is new so they are working on different things. But compared to how most new sites start out, I think this one is well ahead.

Most sites are direct copies and full of bugs and they go live and people end up losing BTC or the site ends up losing BTC due to some bug.

I actually enjoyed this casino . Has many game and it is nice to try it free at the beginning . They still have to work on things but they have a nice start  :)

You have to give some free bonuses for the new members on your site so that they play on there and write their review on here after reading that people will come to deposit on your site and will take interest in your site. In the start people will not rely fully on your site for higher deposit as they do not know much about your casino. Your initial bonuses will help you a lot.

Instant deposits but not instant withdrawals, not fair. You have to work on many things to make site better.
Withdrawals takeenough time to process, support is lack of curiosity. Especially it should have some free spins at startup.
