This morning I can't connect in the forum with my original account because I found this note: "Sorry testadimerlo, you are banned from using this forum! Your account looks like it may have been hacked, so it was locked for safety. Email hacked-hw9521c@theymos.e4ward.com" What I don't understand is if the mail reported is the one to write to retrieve my account (a senior account) or not. Can someone help me? Is there contact with who runs accounts? How do I get back to my account? Thanks in advance... How can I say that I am the owner? I have to go to work and I spent all my morning looking for solve this situation... You will need to prove the account is yours somehow. What email address do you have access to and where is it associated with the account?
