Only one question : what are your temperatures ?Below a certain temperature, mosts of cards have a silent mode, whithout fans. And the temperature varies from one GPU to the other in the same RIG because cards are not all ins the same place/disposition and not the same cooling efficiency. Juice it up a bit more and reduce your OC
