I signed up, answered the question, then went to their ads page, but all it had was an 'ad' for Operation Fabulous - Status: Inactive.

I guess that's perhaps because it's not 'launched' yet.

It says i have to wait 24 hours for the account to be activated so when i wake up i will check it

I think their plan is to have a page for an operation fabulous ad. They get bitcoins for the ad then share it with the visitors?  ???

I can put a minimum of how much i want to earn from it i have to change it but its late where i am and im on my ipod it also doesnt launch till tomorrow

Lol yeah i was really being hated on with the old account so i decided to make a new one and start clean i do admit i spammed my days are over as a spammer btw good job reconizing me lol

Maybe just me, but if I'm an advertiser browsing operation fabulous and looking for sites to bid on, why would I choose one where I know the visitors are only clicking my ad to earn money, and not because they're actually interested in my ad?

Thank you for spotting the spammer's return.

If you want to start clean wait a few years. Spammers aren't unredeemable but it takes more than you saying you're now clean...
