There is no limit as to how many eth can be mined which will lead to inflation. AV programs have detected backdoors and trojans in nearly every eth wallet and the ones that have not had those detected have been shown to have vulnerabilities. I could name many reasons why eth is most likely a bad investment but why do people think it will go up to a billion per coin?

Shit posting to its best, you might as it well want to call out people talking about the billion dollar hit because I don't think they would've been serious when they said it.

if eth go to $1B per coin, then there would be lots of thousands of people richer than bill gates  ;D ;D ;D

people thinking an altcoin is going to $X is not the same as the advertising group aka pump groups say an altcoin is going to $X

in case of ethereum it is the pumpers who say ETH will go to $(a big number) just to fool people into buying it so they can dump at a higher price and make more profit.

That makes zero sense. Ethereum could go up but nobody thinks it'll reach more than 1000s of $ per coin anytime soon.

A billion dollars per 1 Ethereum would be quite the feat, and I think all but the most fanciful of us doubt it will reach those lofty heights.

I could very well see it at $1,000 per coin within a year, which is well within the realm of possibilities since we just seen $420 not long ago.

I could also see $2,000, $5,000, or even $10,000 as possibilities, but that will take some time, perhaps as many years as the first digit (i.e. $2,000 in 2 years, $5,000 in 5 and so on).

I think by then (5-10 years) something else will probably come along and replace it, or at least supplement it to keep it from growing much further. But then again who knows...

It won't happen soon but there is a big chance that it will happen in the future, price is now stable at $200 and if we will have at least
double the price per year then we do not need 5 years to make it happen, think that this is crypto, surprises are everywhere.

One thing you must understand is that a lot of people choose it because they have a very strong belief. Where it could only be seen from the point of view of yourself and if you provide an explanation that will break all point of view they must have it all can hide in a very short time. Because basically all investors spent a lot of money, because they want to one day get a very big advantage. So, play well and wisely then you will get higher profit
 

I think this thought is very crazy, the ETH is valuable because they are widely used as payment for the ICO projects. So if the ICO project market is hot, the ETH will sure pumps a lot.

They only wanna get rid of their coins they bought at 350-400$. Do not believe a word. Stay away from ETH is my advice. There are so many more worthwhile projects out there.

what are you think in your mind, dude? This will never happen and nobody is insane enough to believe that eth will worth $1 billion per coin. The number of ethereum created is unlimited but I have heard some news that ethereum developers are working to change the algorithm inside which will limit the number of ethereum can be mined

Why do people think ETH will go to $1,000,000,000 per coin? Because they are stupid.

Our precious bitcoin is not yet there what will make ethereum to skyrocket to such extreme prices and for the time being ethereum is making news for the wrong reasons.

And to be more realistic with ethereum it could go any where from $1000 to $10000 in its life time if not better altcoin comes up with a better project.

These type of people tend to clutch their riches as it falls to nothing in hopes that in the future it will be worth $1b / coin
