This is still in the right section I believe. The altcoin boards don't have a gambling section. There is no restriction here that the gambling site should be in btc. Though I agree, this is a very shady site and doesn't encourage people to trust it. I went to whois.sc and typed in their domain name Created on 2017-07-19 Expires on 2018-07-19 Basically, the domain has been purchased today, which means it's a completely new website! What I would advise OddEvenBets.com to do, is to share some litecoin to people so they can bet and get some trust into their website. It's hard simply starting out.
