My main account "wenwen" can't log in now,maybe hacked.I have translated many ANN post into Chinese.but now,I have no good way to contact with the devs.I can't use the template they give.have no BTC address.how can I prove the ownership.btw,I have every emails backup in my email box,can it prove my ownership?already pm,have no reply now.

Did you ever send anyone an address through private messages? What about receiving payment for translation bounties etc?

I will try to find out my old BTC wallet,but if I can't find it ,expect another way to prove.

If you no longer control any addresses you posted, there is no way to get your account back.

Since you translated ANN threads maybe in ICOs then you somehow provide your ETH address for the payment in the bounty program, you can use your eth address to sign a message since theymos said in his pinned post that he accepts alternative way of proving ownership but he recovers it very rarely. Just don't forget to add a note when sending the message to theymos or Cyrus.

Have you tried messaging them. It is possible they have not seen this thread, maybe alerting one of them to your predicament via pm will move things along faster.

Question did you change your password after the 2015 hack and how long was your password, it would be nice if you could post it in my thread and we can get a collection on that so we can figure out how the accounts got hacked. I am also waiting for a reply of one of the admins, but it can take time... a loooooong time.

I gave up on getting mine unlocked. My old account aurel57 has my bitcoin address posted on the profile and I signed a message a few days ago and verified it. I posted, send PM's and never heard a thing back. figured it will never get unlocked.

You should bump your thread so that hilariousandco can see it since it is the case locked accounts then he can unlocked it without prior help from the admins. You said that you posted it and messaged a few days ago then I would say that there are users who waited a month or two to recover their accounts.

That sucks, great admins here, great support.... just great... Is there some kind of selection process which accounts get recovered and which do not like only legendary accounts get recovered? So frustrating to see your account owned by someone else.

Mine was a legendary account one of the reasons i wanted back. Also my trust which shows 0 now for some reason?
