It was never legit if you see their eth contract address on the site used for funding there are barely any transactions and the total sums up to 100 eth while according to their site data they have raised 10k eth and when i asked on telegram about rest of the funds they told   "We have raised funds from a European investors who didn't want his identity to be disclosed" when i asked them at least show the 50k eth for proof he said "The proof of address will be shown in September" best part ico ends on 31st august so they can easily scam many users , avoid investing in their ico unless they show proof of those invisible 50k eth raised.
Here's their contribution address https://etherscan.io/txs?a=0xe9e1E3414800886d5210a3F726947387F662ba2A&p=2  And if you check all three pages they have raised around 300-500 eth, according to their site they sold 401,739,910 tgt , 1 eth = 7500 tgt so they have raised 50k eth according to their site, while the contribution address shows 300-500 eth so why lie about your ico when it is a fail.

Sir, if you invested during the ICO and want your Ethers back, we will give it to you.

Send us a private message. We are not here to rob your money.

You do not have to be racist, and all the exchange accounts will be auditable and transparent. Also, only Rohan and Akshath are part of the Target Coin and the other two names mentioned are not.

Right off the bat, I can tell you the following:
1) You need to re-write your thread into a desirable format:

Code:
[b][color=black]What happened:: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Scammers Profile Link: [/color][/b]

[b][color=black]Reference Link: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Amount Scammed: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Payment Method: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Proof of Payment: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]PM/Chat Logs: [/color][/b]
[b][color=black]Additional Notes: [/color][/b]

2) You need to provide reasonable proof for the case that you're trying to make, otherwise the thread is somewhat pointless at this stage (until they end up actually scamming people). For example, I am still not sure what you're accusing them off. If we were to follow the secondary post, then the answer would be 'fake investments / amount gathered'?

I can say The man who posted this thread is a poop,
Ad hominem; why?

Go and check about Rohan Rathod and the CEO, they are bright guys, whereas never heard of that hacker anytime here.
That is irrelevant and sounds like an appeal to authority. Just because they may or may not be "bright guys", that does not mean that they might not scam someone.

I have invested 15 ETH in Targetcoin and i can say that the team is legit and they are good in hedging and they do have surely raised some big amounts during pre sale. Just hodl your TGT and see how they deliver the project.

I remember user: giveen in Targetcoin telegram group getting but-hurt, but you/he/she/it should not create such childish thread to tarnish the reputation of of someone without a valid proof.

Bump, need someone to do more research on it as they are not letting the clients using the buy back opportunity in case clients lose hope.

If you can't follow what's being mentioned above to format the thread in a suggested way,please stop bumping the thread and seeking help here when you're lazy enough to not put it in a way people would understand.No one  has enough time on their hands to research on your personal matters.

We already bough back. Ask your client to show you the proof, in fact after we bought back, he refused to send us the tokens back.

Actually op is right the target coin team has internal conflict and they are unstable but still I think they can manage to trade and get their investors good profit.

The major concern now is why they did not burnt the unsold tgt coins, it sounds fishy.

I remember this person reply but couldn't reply as op locked the thread i couldn't reply, this user was promoting targetcoin through their signature campaign and telling anything against the company is obviously not allowed and that he invested in the project doesn't prove any more legitimacy.
I had already posted a reply above the company had promised to show proof of the money which they claimed to raise from fiat (which is illegal) and now this extra tokens if you invested it is purely your fault as many of us tried informing you all that it might be a scam ico.

I heard on their slack channel that they have successfully verified their code on etherscan and are about to trade on chinese exchanges also like icobi and jubi.com , i think they are quite serious in project but will love to hear the issue of extra tokens that are not yet burned.

That won't make a difference they have lied about couple of things during the ico one about the money they raised from fiat and told they will show some address after ico. Secondly they have added more tokens and all the unsold once are not burned getting listed on exchanges doesn't make them legit it is clearly a rip off to investors as with most of the supply they can sell all even at a lower price than ico plus no locking of tokens are also done.

I did not know those people behind the Target coin and I could not conclude about the point of the OP but I made some transactions with regards to Target coin, I translated their ANN into Filipino and made an article for them earlier before they have been listed into some exchanges and they paid me with what we agreed.
