Title: bip91, lockin by 90%.
Post by: rtinedal on July 21, 2017, 11:44:44 AM
Hello guys according to my research BIP 91 just locked in. Up to 90 percent of all hash power signaled support for this soft fork, which implies miners intend, in turn, to trigger Segregated Witness (SegWit) activation. By extension, this should make BIP 148 obsolete and August 1 a non-event.

There's an official thread discussing all this already.

No. For now that's just BIP91 getting locked in.

"BIP 91 activation is scheduled to take place in: 271 Blocks" (at the time I'm making this post)

I think this explains it very well, https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/6oksam/bip91_lockin_does_not_guarantee_segwit_will_be/

If I can quote a little bit of it, " Soft-forks are ultimately enforced by users, not miners, and right now practically no users are

running BIP-91 enforcing nodes like segsignal. " - Peter Todd

LOL, do you even know what a "SOFT FORK" means. i seriously doubt that.
at least put some efford and do a little research and learn what the words you are using really mean.
and while you are at it search for the previous forks that bitcoin had to feel even more stupid for saying what you have been repeating all these days :D

and the links you are posting are about a very different and irrelevant thing.

It's funny how Peter Todd seems so anti crypto currency and stuff ,but still he follows crypto world and just post about how $btc about to drop all the time 😂😂
